Yesterday was the second time I have been there for service. Everyone was so nice and very accomodating from salesmen that came thru and spoke., the two "taxi drivers" that took me to my shopping destinstion and came back for me when my car was done and the guys in the service department. Very pleasant experience . They suggested some things to think about having done but no pressure. I am very happy with my car and f i ever replace it I will take my business to them only.

I had been searching for months for a Ford Edge with certain options that were a must have. I finally ran across one online that was more than perfect. I called and talked to Ryan and he ran some numbers for me and was very nice and professional. After a couple hours of thinking it over I went and saw Ryan and bought it. this car is great for me. the only things I would change is the sun visors are not long enough to block the sun when pushed to the side. it is a bit wind noisey.

Five great things I liked about the Hyundai buying experience: 1 & 2. Cody - nice to deal with. Jim Quaye (Mazda manager) - also friendly to deal with. 3. Brenna -- knew her stuff!!!!! Great knowledge about leasing from her!! 4. Cody was great with emails / communication -- keeping me updated of the status of my missing cargo tray, he also was quick to respond to my email, had the car we were interested in ready & pulled up in front for us to test drive when we arrived after a long day's work. 5. We now own a great vehicle we are happy with, and the signing of paperwork couldn't have gone any smoother. The gas tank was filled, and car was spotless upon pickup. The whole experience took about 2 1/2 hours , which is what I expected. Not bad! What would I change? How could Moon Hyundai Improve? 1. More information -- maybe let Brenna explain some general leasing info FIRST. Wish I would have known about the surprise $900 I had to pay after already making the deal for $2000 down. I had to buy that service policy to cover scratches / nicks or problems that the car might have upon return of a leased vehicle. I thought I had $1000 automatic coverage and wouldn't need to purchase anything else. Brenna explained that the 1K was only offered by Mazda, which we test drove 2 days earlier. Cody told us about this $1000 "return-your-lease-with-no-worries" coverage, and I assumed it would apply to Hyundai vehicles, too (since they're both owned by Falconi and both dealerships were interrelated) -- I didn't realize it was a Mazda-only thing, and Hyundai had NO coverage for minor damage at the end of a lease; therefore, I HAD to purchase some kind of coverage. Surprise -- $900 more (after the deal was already done, and my downpayment was already agreed upon!) I felt that was a little unfair. I take some blame: I never asked about it; I just assumed it was included. But it's my first lease in my life. Cody did mention the $1000 end-of-lease coverage when we were talking about purchasing a Mazda two days before, but he never mentioned it during our transaction for the Hyundai. 2. Make sure the online pricing of a vehicle included taxes (you are an Allegheny County dealer, then you should show Allegheny County tax) -- state that "Leasing price includes tax for Allegheny County residents. Beaver, Butler, Armstrong, Washington County residents' taxes could be cheaper." All on-line pricing showed $279 / month with $2000 down (My payment is $326, after 2,900 down) 3. Be open on Sundays -- 10am to 5pm!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

I seriously love this car. I first spotted my Bali Blue car online for a good price and low miles. I spoke with the manager and was able to negotiate a better price. It all seemed to good to be true. However, when I first pulled up to the sales lot, I wanted to turn around and go home. It was easy to spot, no way was it blending in. I drive a midsize SUV and the Cube seemed like a joke by size. I kept thinking "matchbox" and "clown car" just by looking at the size. I wanted to cry, but i was told to at least look at the car, since we had driven so far to see it. I was skeptical even when I sat inside. Although it was roomier than I expected, I still worried that there wasn't enough space for passengers. To my surprise, there's way more room that you'd think by looking from the outside. I'm 5'3 and one of my passengers was around 6'0 tall, he sat in the back with no trouble. I began my test drive and was in love with the ride and the car in general. I became attached. There are a numerous amount of cup holders. There's a pretty distinctive pattern design in the interior of the Cube but it didn't bother me one way or another. I love the iPod connection and the bluetooth. The cargo area is not huge but I don't need a ton of room. I think the car is perfect for me and my quirky personality. I think my Cube is adorable and I don't have any complaints. The one thing I wish my Cube had is the interior lights beneath the dashboard and the rear camera. Nonetheless, I can't complain about this car. Initially, I just wanted a reliable and affordable car but I receive more. I was scared that I'd regret this purchase, but I feel as if I finally have a car that I love.

Spoke with a new salesperson Lana. She was not new at all just new to Jay Auto Sales. Very helpful, seemed like tons of knowledge about cars and trucks. Very welcome surprise. Along with being willing to do what ever was needed to assist me. Showed me a great selection of vehicles, sadly nothing available in my price range that fit my needs. Looks can be deceiving, but it's huge on the inside. Very fun to drive and navigate through traffic and tight spaces. Lots of functionality and room to pack it up for a roadtrip. Very good visibility from a driving standpoint, and no complaints from the passengers either.

It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Bought this car because I have a stiff leg and was so easy to get in and out of without pain! Very easy to stear and maneuver ! The price was a big plus. The room inside is surprising for a small car and it gets great gas mileage . Really can't think of anything I would change. The side opening back door is a grreat feature for ease of access . Would recommend my car to anyone. :)

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

I found my new car online at cars.com, and I called over to Royal Auto Dealer before making the 2 hr trip to make sure the car was available and ask a couple basic questions. I talked to Ross and he was not only very professional over the phone, but answered my questions and provided online options for finance approval prior to driving the 2 hrs to LA. He was zero pressure over the phone, and said he would get the car ready for test drive for me. When I arrived at the shop, I was slightly nervous as it's a small shop and is also an insurance office. But when I walked in, I was greeted immediately and Ross introduced himself. Ross is a true gentleman and is absolutely a zero-pressure salesman with an awesome, down to earth attitude. He got me a Snapple, some water, we talked a moment about the car and he offered to drive me over to the lot where it was located. He brought me to the car lot (security-guarded and gated in a somewhat inconspicuous location very close to the office, less than 1 mile) and he was very real in conversation along the way which, to me, gave me a good feeling about his integrity from the get go. Once we got to the lot, Ross and his staff had washed the car, had it detailed immaculately inside and out, and it was parked in the shade ready for my inspection. He was also in the process of hiring a mechanical/miscellaneous worker so Ross allowed me to go through all the nooks and crannies of the car to my satisfaction while he was standing nearby to answer any questions and help me test the lights. He made me as the customer his top priority and I definitely felt that, yet again with NO PRESSURE whatsoever. The car itself is in AMAZING condition for being 11 years old, and everything was as described online. I loved that Royal Auto Dealer posted the full CarFax and all the details available so that I had no surprises since I was coming from out of town. Ross' confidence in the car was based on his own experience as he makes sure to drive each of his cars to his home and back to make sure everything is working well. How many car dealers actually drive the cars they sell!? That was a great sign to me of the quality of car and good business. The entire contract/financing process was so smooth. I do not have the greatest credit but Ross used his rapport with lenders after being refused and got me a better deal than I had ever expected. Obviously I can't post numbers, but trust me, this was a better than good deal. Ross was honest and straightforward with everything, gave consistent answers, and was SO patient with me as I am the kind of person who likes to ask many questions and address concerns. I could not have been more happy with the car, with the process, and with Ross/Royal Auto Dealer. He stayed as long as it took for us to sign papers, answer questions, and make sure I was 100% happy with the contract, even though the office had closed at least a couple hours prior. Incredible gentlemen at this business just from my one encounter with them. I will absolutely be referring as many people as I know who are in the car-buying market to take the trip to Royal Auto Dealer for all these reasons. Not to mention my car looks and runs beautifully without breaking my bank account. :) KUDOS and blessings to Ross, his family, and all the staff at Royal Auto Dealer. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with Rick Case Dearlership was terrific, The space inside is designed for customers and their families and friends to be comfortable while car buying is going on. There is a great coffee and tea machine (free) and adequate snack machines is you are hungry and a large are with comfy chairs where you can watch a large screen TV. I worked with Joses Tavarez who from start to finish, never skipped a beat in providing great customer satisfaction. He was knowledgeable, patient and we drove 3 Tuscons with Jose explaining each one. I told him safety was my number concern since I had been in three separate accidents with an old Toyota Avalon I had been driving since I moved to Florida in 12/16. I wanted a heavy car with safety record.He answered every question I had. Jose had a Tuscon so he really knew that car inside and out. He tried to meet my needs 100 percent. I said I wanted a black car, everyone was trying to talk me into a white car. But Jose said" you need to get everything you want in a car." Jose went that extra mile for ,me.

This is the third new Nissan I bought this year, my 10'th Nissan, and my second Cube I have owned. It us a peppy little hauler. It is comfortable and has a lot of nice features. It is a great value. My wife was not sure about it when I suggested it, but once she drove it she was in love. Drive one and you will be impressed too.

Comfortable for road trips or just getting around town. Great views from the huge windows. Great sound system, exterior and interior color and styling in the Indigo Limited Edition, plus a smooth ride. Very spacious for a small car. This has been my favorite car to own.

In April my mother and I wandered into Wilsonville Toyota to see what the different blue hues looked like on the latest Camrys. Colin met us in the parking lot and took us right to the vehicle we had seen online. He took the time to compare the different trim lines and to answer all the questions we had. We had been shopping at various Portland-area Toyota dealerships and had felt much more pressure, both in-person and via email and phone, than we did with Colin. He was so low-key that we never felt like he was trying to make a sale with us. Instead, it truly felt as if he was there to help us explore the world of 2018 Camrys! During the test drive, Colin patiently explained all the new "bells and whistles" on the 2018 model (my mother was still driving a 2002 model so much had changed) while giving my mother the opportunity to try them for herself. He earned our trust and respect by treating us with the utmost courtesy and respect. Once my mother decided to make the purchase, it was wonderful to not be shuffled from sales person to sales manager to finance department, etc. Colin handled all of the paperwork while other staff completely cleaned the car, inside and out. I'm not sure the total purchase time was any less than I've experienced at other dealerships, but it certainly was much more pleasant. And the detailers did a fantastic job! Wilsonville Toyota's slogan "One Person. One Price. No Bull." was completely right. In fact, I think they ought to add "No Pressure." to their mantra. I live 2,400 miles away so mostly likely won't be purchasing my next Toyota here, but I am telling all of my Oregon/southwest Washington family and friends to go visit Colin Thompson at Wilsonville Toyota next time they're in the market for a new vehicle.

The best little car I've ever owned

This car met all our needs. The kids were little when we first got it and there was plenty of room in the back for three children and in the front for two adults. It gets incredible gas mileage and people always look at it when you pass them because it's just a unique car design. I wanted to keep it for another 10 years however my children are now teenagers and it is no longer a good fit for all three of them in the back seat. Whichever kid sits in the middle is uncomfortable because there isn't enough leg room. So I would say this car seats four adults comfortably or two adults and three small children. I seriously am going to miss this car because I've never had one that was so cool before.
