Kudos to Salesman Bryan, Abel and Numbers Guy Collin. Our first ever Mazda CX-5 was racking up numbers on the odometer. Hubby was not happy with space, or lack of, in my CX-5. So, I took him with me to look at a used CX-50 for comparison. We were really just browsing for hubby's comfort. Bryan showed us two certified pre-owned CX-50's then a CX-70.--All very nice, clean vehicles. My CX-5 was the Soul Red Crystal paint and I really wanted to have another red Mazda. Bryan excused himself and when he came back he had driven around a new 2026 CX-70--red!!--and, well, that was the end of our "just looking". Abel showed us some numbers hubby could not turn down. There was just pleasant conversation--no pressure felt at all. My new, Soul Red Crystal CX-70 Preferred has a comfy new home in our garage as of yesterday afternoon. Thanks Bryan, Abel, Collin!! What a couple of days Tuesday and Wednesday were!! :)

I like the vehicle a lot. Something I was wary about was the reliability as I had read reviews of the car losing power, the jerkiness of changing gear, and the crash detection sensor going off randomly. I had to replace the MAF sensor 3 times within the first month or two of owning the vehicle. I then came to realize it appears to be an electrical fault, when the crash detection sensor goes off (randomly, usually in rain or bright sunlight) it creates an issue with the vehicle's performance. I have started turning off the sensor every time I get in the vehicle and haven't had a single performance issue since. Long road trips through Washington rain and sunny Arizona. Disappointing to have to be inconvenienced, but it's a two second fix when I start the vehicle for a wonderful and fun and sporty ride.

I’d done my homework and showed up ready to buy. Yaser was terrific. He came outside to greet me on a very hot day. Once inside, he was friendly and knowledgeable. The Sales Manager (typically Mr. Hard Nose) couldn’t have been nicer as well. Everyone at the dealership was in a good mood, smiling - and it was a Monday! After searching online for several weeks, they had just the car I was looking for (a used, one year old certified Toyota) and their pricing was competitive and upfront. The whole process took only about one and a half hours to complete (very fast) and they washed the car and filled the tank with gas before handing over the keys. Overall, a great experience. It’s stylish and sporty looking - it has faster acceleration than I thought via the reviews. The 10.8 gallon gas tank is not favorable but it works. The gas mileage isn’t as good as I thought, but better than my Camaro so it’s a plus.

Just Purchased it today. The interior and exterior are looking good. I just wish I could see myself driving it from the outside inward, as an onlooker! the car is quiet and I like that.

I traded in my 2013 Kia Optima for the Kicks, thinking I would be getting better gas mileage, especially that I drive, on average, 100 miles everyday... reality quickly slapped me in the face. The Kicks is a roomy vehicle with great technology, but the gas mileage does not work for someone who is constantly on the road, like myself. It has a very small tank and within the first week of owning it, I had filled up the tank twice. It only holds about 350 miles on average per fill up, so you will tend to visit the gas station more frequently. The Kia I had filled up at over 515 miles per fill up and lasted longer on the road. I knew that the Kicks offered up to 36 mpg, but didn't think it would be this bad. Not a good choice if you work/live long distance. Otherwise, it's a comfortable vehicle to drive.

Although I didn't end up buying a vehicle, they were very responsive and attentive to my needs.

Well scheduled appointment. Easy to change online if needed. Everything went as planned. Very nice waiting room with tv's, restrooms, and drink station (best I've ever seen for an automotive service). Mark Tye did a great job of keeping me informed and explained the details of the work done very well. I will be returning to Toyota Hernando for future service needs. The experience with Leanna Tabora was great. She helped me from my initial request on the vehicle and walked me through the trade in perfectly. Given that I was in San Diego, I was not sure how the trade would work out but everyone and dealer followed through with their commitment. Oscar with Finance was great got me in out within about 20 minutes. The entire transaction took about an hour and a half from when I arrived with my trade in vehicle.

One of the best experiences buying a vehicle and I’ve owned quite a few. Tim in sales was great. He was not pushy at all, allowed me to test drive on my own (big plus for me), and just seemed likable and genuine. Brandon was equally as great. He was quick and to the point.
