Hyundai of Asheville review
Hyundai of Asheville NC In 2021 we bought a Hyundai Kona and loved it but I wanted a car now that we didn’t have to have AWD ..We made an appointment with Justin and went and told him what we would like to trade for and he started working on the deal and they gave us a great trade value and we were able to agree on numbers so we bought A 2024 Hyundai Elantra and I can say it was a very pleasant experience and Justin was very knowledgeable from beginning to end about every aspect of the deal And I would definitely recommend this Dealership

Pinnacle NissanReviews
Pinnacle Nissan review
I can’t say enough good things about Nismo Nick at Pinnacle Nissan. I first spoke with Nick when I was trying to understand the allocation process for the new Z and sort through all the supposed “mandatory” dealer add-ons I was encountering with another dealership. From that very first conversation, Nick was different. He answered my questions, explained how things actually worked, and there were no games. During that first conversation, Nick made me an incredibly compelling offer on the Z I wanted. The problem was, I had already put a significant deposit down on a car with the other dealership, and I felt I should honor my commitment. Nick respected my decision completely and never pressured me. Unfortunately, when that car arrived at the other dealership with significant damage, the deal fell apart. I called Nick for advice. He still had my Z and simply asked if I wanted it. This time, I said yes! That’s when Nick really had my back. He walked me through a difficult situation and gave me sound, straightforward advice. Then he went to work. He put together a deal that was more than fair and added value in ways I hadn’t expected. Eric did a great job handling the financing, while Nick took care of everything else. Before I knew it, the Z I had wanted from the beginning was mine, and Nick arranged to have it shipped hundreds of miles and delivered right to my doorstep. What stands out to me about Nick is pretty simple: he does what he says he’s going to do. He treated me fairly when I wasn’t even his customer, and when I came back needing his help, he was there. He’s a no-nonsense salesman, a straight shooter, and someone I learned I could trust. I absolutely love my new Z, and I have a lot of respect and appreciation for the person who helped me get it. If you’re considering buying a Nissan of any flavor, call Nismo Nick at Pinnacle Nissan. Whether you’re across town or across the country, give him the opportunity to earn your business. No games. No nonsense. Just someone who does what he says he’ll do. Nick, I’m happy and honored to finally be part of your Z family.

AutoNation Subaru ArapahoeReviews
AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe review
Paul is an absolute beast when it comes to securing financing and taking care of his customers. I drove up from Colorado Springs because, honestly, I had not experienced the same level of speed, efficiency, attention, and genuine care anywhere closer to home. Words honestly cannot express how grateful I am for the work Paul did for me. What impressed me most was that it felt like Paul was working to earn my business long before I ever walked through the door. He listened to what I wanted, understood what I needed, and then actually delivered. Paul found a vehicle that checked every box, and I mean every box. From the color of the car to the seat material, he somehow managed to understand exactly what I was looking for. He wasn't simply trying to put me into a vehicle; he was listening to me as a customer and matching me with something that genuinely felt right. I bought the car, and I couldn't be happier with how the entire experience came together. If you're in Colorado Springs, do yourself a favor: get out of the Springs and make the drive to AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe. The difference in customer service was absolutely worth the trip for me. And Paul? He's officially going on our Christmas list, because he 💯 reminded me that there are still dealerships out there that genuinely want your business, not just today, but for the long term. Thank you, Paul, for making what can usually be a stressful experience feel personal, straightforward, and exciting. You earned my business, my gratitude, and my recommendation. This is what customer service is supposed to feel like. My recommendation to others in this industry, you need you a Paul! Dealing with financing was certainly cake walk as well. Chris Espino Rivera , apologize for spelling, was thorough ;-) and answered every single question, all of them. This place is doin' it right.
2021 Nissan Kicks review
I bought my Kicks brand new off the dealership floor in September, 2021. I have driven over 30K miles since my purchase. I am very pleased with my purchase. The car is the perfect size for me. The gas mileage is wonderful. It is very comfortable. My family has taken several vacations in the car and it has always performed wonderfully. I have always owned Honda Accords and Toyota Camry's until I purchase my Kicks. I wanted a CUV, but not a large one. I am very pleased with my purchase. The only negative is the CVT. It is slow to "down shift" when needed and is sometimes very hesitant off the line. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and plan on keeping my Kicks for many years.

This morning I went to Conyers Honda for an oil change. I admit I am getting up in age. When the advisor came out , Terence McKibben he asked if I had an appointment and I stated no. He then asked what do you need done. I immediately said oil change. He reached in and push the button and said” you’re only at 40%, you’re good. Being on Social Security That was a small gesture but it saved me almost $80 . That was truly honesty and above and beyond. He is to be commended. Thanks Terrence, you are my go to whenever I come to Conyers Honda. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!! GREAT JOB!!!!

Jaclyn, thank you so much for allowing us to pick what we wanted and helping us thru the process. Thank you for never overstepping our decision and providing us with what we asked for. You are an amazing salewoman, and you took our value into consideration. You are the only reason we came back, but you respected our space in figuring out if we wanted to go with you. While everyone else was trying to pressure us into saying yes on day one. Thank you for being awesome, and thank you for making my time at that dealership less painful than it needed. My wife loves her new car and I'm happy you were able to find her the car with all the bells and whistle she wanted. We look forward to our next purchase in the future!

Ourisman Lexus review
★★★★★ Best Car-Buying Experience of My Life – Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang are absolute legends at Lexus of Rockville From the very first inquiry to driving home in our gorgeous 2021 Black Onyx LX 570 with my wife and kids, including our 9-month-old baby, the entire team at Lexus of Rockville made this the smoothest, most transparent, and genuinely enjoyable purchase I’ve ever had — and we’ve bought a lot of vehicles. Tony Rincon is hands-down the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. Zero pressure, lightning-fast responses even over Thanksgiving week, detailed photos and videos every time I asked, and he treated my family (including the baby) like his own. Tony never “sold” me — he just helped me fall in love with the perfect Lexus. Owen Stepp, the Sales Director, went so far above and beyond it’s almost unbelievable. He personally reworked numbers multiple times (including the day before Thanksgiving), honored every promise, and delivered the strongest trade-in I’ve ever received on my 2024 4Runner — thousands above every published value. Owen’s integrity and willingness to make the deal perfect turned what could have been a negotiation into a true partnership. James Wang in Finance was the perfect closer — completely transparent, no high-pressure add-ons, walked me through every single line item with patience and clarity, and made the paperwork painless while I held the baby. In an industry that can feel stressful, Tony, Owen, James, and the whole Ourisman Lexus of Rockville team turned it into one of the happiest memories we have. As a 100 % disabled veteran with a young family, the respect, kindness, and honesty they showed us meant the world. If you’re anywhere in Maryland (or willing to make the drive), ask for Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang. You will not find a better team or a better experience anywhere. We absolutely love our “new-to-us” LX 570 and we’re already looking forward to our next purchase with these guys. Thank you, Tony, Owen, and James — you have customers for life! Happy Thanksgiving. I like the safety features of the vehicle. Back up alarm is helpful as well as warning whenever someone is in my blind spot. The parking brake does not require a lot of effort to engage it disengage.

I had seen ad of HGREG auto dealer as I was looking to buy a hybrid one. And I found Toyota Corola Hybrid 2024 in used car lot. The mileage was also manageable for me. Within few hours the agent Joel Augustine helped us to get the sales go through. The Finance person Louis Whatts also was helpful.

Dear John and Chad, I can only express an extension of many thank yous! Buying online is a scary thought for anyone. Being from Texas and purchasing a car from you was super attentive, easy, very comforting and reassuring, especially at the very end when the delivery guy took it to delivery to me! I am very satisfied with Rainbow Mitsubishi North's staff and ease of my on-line purchase! Thanks again, guys for taking the scare out and placing professional care!

Nissan of QueensReviews
Nissan of Queens review
Went to this dealership back in January of this year thinking it's just going to be another dealership that cant help me get a car. I was introduced to Paula, she was so nice and helpful on trying to find me a car for me and my wife (which was pregnant at the time and was due in a week). Paula understood the importance of getting me a car for my new family. After a few days of hoping, I get a call from her telling me they have a car for me. I haven't rushed down to a dealership that quick before. Once I got there, financing was quick and easy. She was so helpful the entire time, even though it felt like I was bothering her with a lot of questions. Would definitely come back to get another car in the future with her!
