Jake was super personable and informative every step of the way. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Michael Hauserman in finance. He truly did everything he could to get me the lowest price possible. He was quick, efficient, and had a great personality. He made the financial portion easy to understand, and we weren?t sitting at the dealership for hours going over numbers like I?ve experienced elsewhere. Overall, this team was incredible. The experience was a 10/10, and I absolutely LOVE my new 2024 Nissan Altima! It?s exactly what I was looking for ? and even better! The dealership itself was very clean, had self-service coffee with multiple options and creamers, and charging stations for your phone, which I really appreciated. CarMax Palmdale review
Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!

I was super impressed with this dealership its HUGE. I went in wanting to purchase a Nissan Frontier. The customer service was exceptional. Teresa was my sales personnel she was very knowledgeable and kind. I would have to say the finance department could use a little work on providing faster assistance. Despite finance department I was very happy with my shopping experience . Definitely coming back.
