The entire process was easy, transparent, and completely hassle-free. There were no games, no pressure, and everyone treated us with honesty and respect. What really impressed us was what happened months after the sale. We stopped in for service without an appointment at the last minute and were told it would be about 45 minutes. Honestly, I thought they were joking. Not only did they finish the service within the promised time, but they also washed the car before handing it back. The icing on the cake was when the General Manager, Lewis, remembered our family by name. He took a few minutes to talk with my 8 year old son, handed him a brand-new Matchbox car with his business card stapled to it, and told him, “When you’re ready to buy your first car, give me a call.” That small gesture meant a lot and speaks volumes about the culture at Courtesy Nissan. They don’t just care about making a sale—they genuinely care about their customers long after the purchase. Outstanding service, outstanding people, and a dealership that truly earns your business. I can’t say enough good things about Nismo Nick at Pinnacle Nissan. I first spoke with Nick when I was trying to understand the allocation process for the new Z and sort through all the supposed “mandatory” dealer add-ons I was encountering with another dealership. From that very first conversation, Nick was different. He answered my questions, explained how things actually worked, and there were no games. During that first conversation, Nick made me an incredibly compelling offer on the Z I wanted. The problem was, I had already put a significant deposit down on a car with the other dealership, and I felt I should honor my commitment. Nick respected my decision completely and never pressured me. Unfortunately, when that car arrived at the other dealership with significant damage, the deal fell apart. I called Nick for advice. He still had my Z and simply asked if I wanted it. This time, I said yes! That’s when Nick really had my back. He walked me through a difficult situation and gave me sound, straightforward advice. Then he went to work. He put together a deal that was more than fair and added value in ways I hadn’t expected. Eric did a great job handling the financing, while Nick took care of everything else. Before I knew it, the Z I had wanted from the beginning was mine, and Nick arranged to have it shipped hundreds of miles and delivered right to my doorstep. What stands out to me about Nick is pretty simple: he does what he says he’s going to do. He treated me fairly when I wasn’t even his customer, and when I came back needing his help, he was there. He’s a no-nonsense salesman, a straight shooter, and someone I learned I could trust. I absolutely love my new Z, and I have a lot of respect and appreciation for the person who helped me get it. If you’re considering buying a Nissan of any flavor, call Nismo Nick at Pinnacle Nissan. Whether you’re across town or across the country, give him the opportunity to earn your business. No games. Just got my 2026 Nissan Kicks SR about a month ago. So far, I am mostly happy with it. It looks great, rides very smooth and the SR trim makes it feel very upscale. I love the shape, the lights, the black mask which frames the rear, and the 19 inch wheels. For a small SUV, it doesn't feel small. I ride high and stately. Now the down side. The engine is definitely underpowered for a vehicle this size and weight. I don't know how the tech crew at Nissan could have approved this peewee engine for this upgraded version (25/26) of the Kicks. Secondly, the gas mileage is crappy. You'd think with such a small engine you'd be saving on gas, but I can't get through an entire week without having to fill up. I was expecting to go much further on a full tank of gas. Lastly, the software for the touch screen is troublesome. I had one incident where the screen froze on some exterior shot after parallel parking, and another in which the speakers suddenly started making terrible screeching sounds. For both, I had to reboot the entire system by holding down the volume button for 15 seconds. That button is, by far, the most valuable button in the whole car. The way the radio/satellite icons are accessed is not at all intuitive or user friendly. I have tried to get a handle on how they operate, but one month in and I'm still figuring it out. Give me a standard AM/FM/Satellite radio with two knobs, 6 presets buttons, and a slot for my CD's and/or cassettes and I'll be far happier. Same with the A/C and heat. Just give me some traditional push buttons and I will be very relieved. Overall, the 2026 Nissan Kicks SR is at best, a 4/5, but possibly even a bit less.
