After months of searching, this is where I finally found my dream car! Sales rep Michael was a ton of fun during our test drive and made me feel really comfortable in the car and answered all necessary questions. The sales managers were patient with me while I spent most of the afternoon making my decisions and consulting others for input. The detailing team made great work of my car when I asked for a pretty major transformation in taking off all the plastidip that the previous owner applied all over the car. All in all I trust this team and am so excited to have my new car.
Kari was a great salesman. The finance paperwork took much longer than expected and they didn’t find me a good rate. The car was perfect and very little negations for a fair price. We purchased the car and then refinances the loan.
Great customer service, comprehensive, kind, great atmosphere, sales man was very friendly I highly recommend Juan Jacobo as your sales man. I???ve been there plenty of times and I wish he could have been the only sales person we have worked with.
Typical dealer scribbling your offer on a piece of paper and taking it off for approval and then coming back to try to ???get you up???. Then accepting your offer and trying to slide in ???packs??? to bump up your cost hoping you won???t notice. Anyway, after getting the price of the vehicle settled, off to the finance guy. The finance guy was actually helpful and forthcoming. Finance guy actually covered all the costs. Why do sales people think that smoke and mirrors is the way to go? All and all, LHM is a pretty good dealer to deal with.
We opted for Costco pricing with our previous Nissan and thought we would go that route again. We HATE haggling and despise pushy car salespeople. Costco supposedly offers the best price without haggling. Take it or leave it. So we went to a Costco authorized dealer and got the Costco price on a new 2018 Rogue. We really wanted to do business closer to home though and have enjoyed service on our previous vehicles at the dealership near our house: Larry H. Miller at Mesa Riverview. I decided to see if we could take our ???Costco pricing??? to Larry H. Miller and bring our business there and maybe get a lower price. LHM was able to beat the Costco price by a MILE and the process was virtually effortless. We did have to negotiate a bit, but the ???pressure??? to purchase wasn???t there. Everyone was polite and courteous and seemed to genuinely care that we were not only happy but satisfied. We left the dealership not only extremely elated but pleasantly pleased with the whole process. Every employee worked around our busy work schedule and accommodated our purchase after hours. We truly couldn???t have had a bettter experience unless the vehicle was given to us for FREE! My wife and I highly recommend this dealership because it is one stop shoooing when it comes to buying, servicing and repairing. We have now used all 3 services of this fine establishment. We love the service department, have utilized the collision center a hand full of times and now can say that we have purchased from the dealership.... and have ALWAYS been satisfied and always treated with respect and a smile! Shout out to Justin in service, Adam and Cameron is sales, and the entire collision center! Thank you all for everything!

Reached out through cars.com and scheduled a test drive. Communication through email was good. Met with Tina, took my test drive and Tina was very knowledgable. Told her my story, she was no pressure which was good. I may be 60 days out before I settle on a vehicle purchase but would go back to Mark Mitsubishi if the stars align by the time I am ready to pull the trigger.
This is my 3rd new car from Coulter, that in itself says volumes. Allen was great as always, our 2018 Terrain is wonderful and sits nicely next to the Acadia Limited I bought the last time. I highly recommend Coulter to anyone wanting to purchase their next vehicle.
My 5 star rating is based off the excellent customer service right from the parking lot. My fiance and I were greeted and welcomed soon as we exited our car. We were then handed off to Francis who went above and beyond to make sure that we not only received the best service, but the best deal possible. The knowledge he and his team (Ricky in finance and a manager whose name slips my mind) possessed was genuine and made us feel like people they were interested in actually helping and not just a commission check! I would certainly reccomend anybody interested in obtaining a new vehicle to speak with and visit Francis and his team at Pinnacle Nissan.
Had a good experience. Buying a car is always a back and forth negotiations. Mark did a good job and we finally agreed on the price.
