Hawk CDJR review
If you’re looking for a Jeep, don’t hesitate to reach out to Jason at Hawk Jeep! This was my fourth lease with Stellantis, and this experience was by far the best one yet. Since I was driving from about an hour away, Jason worked with me to finalize the deal seamlessly via email. He got me into the exact car I inquired about at a payment I was genuinely happy with. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, everything was ready to go—I was literally in the showroom for minutes, not the typical hours! The car was detailed beautifully, the showroom was new and clean, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Jason was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Thanks, Jason!

The entire process was exceptional. I worked with Djamal Oucif and he made my car buying process seamless. I knew what I wanted and Djamal listened and executed without being pushy or gimmicky. The finance folks were also a pleasure to work with.

I took my Versa in for the Basic 10,000 miles service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.)early morning. I left the car there & I would pick it up later after the Sox game. They suggested a transmission fluid exchange so I approved it. You can just click & sign it on the phone so it was easy to do. After the Sox beat Cleveland, I went over there & they accepted the coupon but then they add the 3% charge for using a credit card! It ate into the coupon's "savings". That was the only part I didn't like about my experience. The car was clean, washed, & ready. The customer service rep was professional & quick so I didn't have to wait too long.

Just purchased a 2025 Nissan Kicks from Kelly Nissan. Ivan Fandino was my salesperson. He was fabulous. Explained how everything works in the car and showed me how to do it all. Let me take it for a test drive. Overall pleased with my salesperson and the dealership and would recommend them to family and friends

Dial Nissan review
Unfortunately I didn't purchase a car yet, but I was very please with the sales person named Nicole. She made me feel very welcomed, and any issues or doubts that I may have had, I felt assured that I will be in good hands. I hope that I will be able to find the right car at Dial, because her service was great.
2026 Nissan Kicks review
My New 2026 SR is Great except for 2 things. The main thing is a totally messed up radio. It offers everything you could want and much that you don't need. It comes with the Siri. Yuck, it interrupts everything. But, the presets don't work, the station that it says it is playing is wrong. You have to key many stations because it is playing something you don't want to hear. I could go on and on but that is the jest of it. There is a considerable amount of road noise as well. Otherwise, i LOVE it. Nissan refuses to replace the radio or the car. BAD!!!

2026 Nissan Kicks review
The Nissan Kicks is a great value for the buck ! The Kicks has a four cylinder engine with plenty of power for both around the town & freeway driving, for a small SUV it has good rear cargo space as well. The Kicks has 11 airbags for safety which I like when transporting my two grandsons Attics and Austin! My wife and I made the best choice for a small SUV the Nissan Kicks !!!

The salesperson was informative and friendly. I did not make a decision initially and came back.
2026 Nissan Kicks review
Just got my 2026 Nissan Kicks SR about a month ago. So far, I am mostly happy with it. It looks great, rides very smooth and the SR trim makes it feel very upscale. I love the shape, the lights, the black mask which frames the rear, and the 19 inch wheels. For a small SUV, it doesn't feel small. I ride high and stately. Now the down side. The engine is definitely underpowered for a vehicle this size and weight. I don't know how the tech crew at Nissan could have approved this peewee engine for this upgraded version (25/26) of the Kicks. Secondly, the gas mileage is crappy. You'd think with such a small engine you'd be saving on gas, but I can't get through an entire week without having to fill up. I was expecting to go much further on a full tank of gas. Lastly, the software for the touch screen is troublesome. I had one incident where the screen froze on some exterior shot after parallel parking, and another in which the speakers suddenly started making terrible screeching sounds. For both, I had to reboot the entire system by holding down the volume button for 15 seconds. That button is, by far, the most valuable button in the whole car. The way the radio/satellite icons are accessed is not at all intuitive or user friendly. I have tried to get a handle on how they operate, but one month in and I'm still figuring it out. Give me a standard AM/FM/Satellite radio with two knobs, 6 presets buttons, and a slot for my CD's and/or cassettes and I'll be far happier. Same with the A/C and heat. Just give me some traditional push buttons and I will be very relieved. Overall, the 2026 Nissan Kicks SR is at best, a 4/5, but possibly even a bit less.

Thomas Nissan of JolietReviews
Thomas Nissan of Joliet review
Words cannot express our immense gratitude for Crystal and the team at Thomas Nissan of Joliet. Crystal led our purchase experience and restored my faith in the goodness of humanity. Her warmth and kindness made the process personal and stress-free, which was truly a blessing during a challenging time. Building a relationship over the phone with a guarded customer isn't easy, but Crystal made me feel that all my fears and questions were normal. As a high-maintenance customer, I appreciated her genuine approach and the trust we built. Crystal became a friend, providing a ride from the airport to the dealership. Thank you, Crystal, we love our Pathfinder and will always think of you fondly as we enjoy our ride.
