Went into the dealer just looking at cars no intention on buying one. We worked with Doug and he was AMAZING helped us through out the process making sure we were happy every step of the way. He must have brought out 6 different cars for us too look at. Very knowledgeable and friendly!! Would send all my friends here for him!

I came in for an oil change and left with a brand new truck. This dealership is amazing. They got me to the price and payment I needed to get the truck and gave me more money than what my truck was actually worth. If you are looking for a reputable dealership you need to come to Mike Erdman Nissan and see Tommy and the manager Eric. They are awesome

I went to Hgreg Nissan about two hours earlier than my scheduled appointment and everyone was very welcoming. The receptionist and the general manager was at the front desk,a sales manager assigned sales person Cesar to me. Cesar was at no time pushed any extras and made the car buying process easy and stress free. It was a five star experience from start to end. It helps a lot to do your research beforehand.

Words like amazing, easy, honest, friendly, and helpful perfectly describe our experience with Universal Nissan and Prosper, our sales representative. I had initially worked out a deal with Sutherlin Nissan, but unfortunately, they proved to be dishonest, trying to change the terms at the last minute after everything had already been agreed upon. Frustrated, I reached out to Universal Nissan and shared the details of what happened at Sutherlin, along with the deal we had negotiated. Right away, Prosper was eager to match the deal and earn our business. I sent him a photo of the original offer, and he went into action. It was effortless—just a few phone calls and texts, and they matched the deal without any hassle in about 30 minutes. This truly was the smoothest and best car-buying experience we've ever had. By 11:00 pm that same night, we drove home in our brand-new 2024 Nissan Sentra SR, complete with not just the new car warranty but also a year of free maintenance and a lifetime warranty on the engine and powertrain. We couldn't be happier! If you're in the market for a car, definitely ask for Prosper. He’ll treat you with respect and take great care of you. Tell him Mike and Viki sent you! Thank you Prosper for going above and beyond for your customers

Best Car Buying Experience Ever This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Salesperson Luc Nord and Manager Elian Sterling where patient, honest, and very respectful of my budget and preferences. No pressure, no gimmicks—just great service and a great deal. I left with exactly what I wanted. Thank you again!
