I initially posted a negative review after we purchased from Landmark and found out a few months later that our suspension needed a significant amount of work, despite having been told that it was serviced prior to purchase. However, within an hour of posting my review the Landmark GM, Sunil, called to follow up with me to see what the problem was and how they could resolve it for me. I took my car back in, Landmark’s service department took another look, and in the end they did all the suspension work that was required. They really went above and beyond to make sure what could have been a negative experience turned out to be a positive one, and I am very grateful to Sunil and the whole team.
can do better than longer range

nimble, prefer the suspension is little more stiffer, better styling, etc.... but bottomline, realiable, quick, easy to drive. what else can you ask for other than longer range.
definitely going back to getting another Leaf soon. plug in 100% EV is very attractive...almost none for the maintenance cost.
I took my Leaf in for a recall, which was actually an update of the Carwings service, and the service department said they would do an inspection of my vehicle also. I totally expected that some things would be found to "repair" as my experience had been at other dealerships in the past. Blake reviewed the inspection report after everything was completed and showed me that every item on the list checked out as "excellent". I was shocked! Thank you Bellevue Nissan
Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences:
1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase.
2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.

Best place to buy a car or truck..I love the Leaf and the choice of colors and the accesories , buy here and save money
Good for the buck.

This car is a good option to buy used to save money on gas. But not a dream car as the design is disappointing in my option. The range as well isn't great. But it's a decent car that I won't mind driving.
I love this place, just bought my second car here from Roy. The first car was a Nissan Leaf that I leased for two years to just try out and I liked it so much I came back for a second one. This time I bought a 2016 Leaf with double the range of the first one and got an even better deal buying than leasing. All this happened because of Roy. I feel he really cars about my needs and looks after me even before his sales. He asked me to wait 6 months before he finally had a great deal on the longer range 2016 Leafs. Thanks Roy and thank you Campbell Nelson.

Once you go electric, you'll never go back! Great value... Get your education about these vehicles--online, magazines, go to a dealer and test drive--they are the future, so start saving money NOW!
I bought a 2016 Nissan Leaf that looks feels new. I came to just get another lease, but the cost was not as good as the last Leaf I leased. Roy, who leased the first Leaf to me was so helpful steering me to a much better deal for my pocket book. Coincidently I traded my first Prius into Roy for my fist Leaf, now I traded my second Prius to Roy for my second Leaf. I would do it a third time, probably will. No pressure, just great deals. I have been trying to lease a new Leaf for 6 months, but Roy just kept telling me to wait because the time wasn't right. How often does that happen at a dealership. I hope his boss doesn't read that. I am truly grateful Campbell Nelson has Roy working for them. I really enjoyed my first Leaf, even with the 50 mile range, but now I have 120 mile range for half the price and it feels like the good old days with no range anxiety, and it cost half the price!!! Ill be back for the next one and skip the Prius in between this time.
The Perfect Commuter Car!

If getting around town or back and forth to work is your primary use for your vehicle, you should consider looking at a Leaf. This car has exceeded all our expectations in comfort, performance, build quality, and fun factor. I do all the maintenance work on our vehicles, and have nothing to do on this car but rotate tires and check the brakes once in awhile. Awesome!
We had a great and painless experience buying our Rogue at Campbell. Johnny was wonderful to work with, he is knowledgeable and relaxed. We highly recommend considering Campbell Nissan for your next vehicle!

The car is great for short commutes. If you drive less than 20 miles per day, you can go a few days between charging.
Purchased a pre-owner Nissan Leaf here. Found a car on Cars.com and came to purchase it. Roy greeted me promptly before entering the door, found me with even better car, with loweer mileage, got me better price with an extended warranty included, stayed hours after the dealership closed and had me in the car and out the door that day.

Charging is cheap and easy. Plenty of room for tools and even a 6 foot ladder. Peppy enough for me. My first EV was rated at 76 miles so, 107 miles of range is amazing!
I have an electric car but wanted a car for long road trips. The salesman, Brad Petersen, was great. I told him what I was looking for and he called me immediately when a great deal came open. He made the purchasing process smooth. I love the car and got a great deal!
We love our LEAF

This is our second LEAF. It is an upgrade from the 2012 with nicer interior, better batter capacity, better charger.... In general this car is great! Maintenance free! Worry free_
Spent all day car shipping up north only to get docked around at the end. Called John at Nissan Edmonds an hour before closing and asked if they could stay open late to help us. Drove down and the car I wanted was waiting up front for me. We took it for a quick test drive and I was in love. The finance department worked quickly with my pre approval documents (that had me as both cosigner and power of attorney to sign for my husband) bada bing bada boom, I'm driving out with exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay! Couldn't reccomend them any more highly!
On Labor Day weekend 2018 we found ourselves in need of a new vehicle. On Saturday we drove to our favorite dealer "Bill Korum's Puyallup Nissan" in Puyallup Washington and checked in with our favorite sales guy "Boot" we told him what we were looking for. It is our second car we needed to replace so we were looking for a used SUV. Boot hooked us up with a 2010 Nissan Armada, LOVE IT! It took about 2 hours total to drive in, test drive, go through financing and get the vehicle. We were off and on our camping trip the next day. Thanks Boot... We have seen him now in 2016, 2017 and 2018 for our automotive needs. Thanks Boot!
Well-designed for its purpose

This is a durable commuter car that is well-designed for frequent short trips over paved smooth highway. It fits this purpose admirably. The fold-down rear seats offer plenty of luggage space for shopping. Otherwise, the 4-door sedan 5-seat body is perfect for family or car-pooling. The windows are large offering terrific visibility. Comes with a great-sounding stereo and features that I am still realizing, like ability to set alarms and customize effects. Never needing to change oil or add gas is highly satisfying. This seemed like it was such an incredibly great value as a used car such that it seemed worthwhile to purchase a Leaf as a second car to keep mileage from accumulating on my gas-powered Subaru Forester that is now reserved for long road trips or off-pavement adventures. The Leaf's stock 110 volt AC charger has proven plenty adequate for my daily needs. I've not needed to install a 240 charger in my garage. It rides beautifully and quietly on average quality paved roads, corners very well, and its electric motors will out-accelerate most cars with large gas engines.
It's just a very fun and practical car rolled into one.
Caveats are that this is a car that is practical only for regular trips within its driving range, which vary with speed driven, outdoor temperatures and charger station availability at the end points of the trips. The suspension can be noisy and bumpy on rough roads such as becomes obvious crossing RR tracks.
Nissan or a third-party vendor now needs to redesign an optional cargo partitioned insert for the newer model Leafs, in which the battery no longer takes up interior cargo space. The old inserts leave a chasm in newer Leafs that subverts the original good intent of the insert to create a continuous level space when seats fold down while retaining cargo capacity beneath that level. This continuous level area is very desirable when transporting pets, when the chasm can prove dangerous to them.
