Khader was very helpful. I came in looking for a car with a huge balance from my previous car and he helped me get into a newer car and helped me achieve the payment I was looking for. They are all very helpful and they are not the typical pushy salesman. A very nice establishment to purchase a car from. Thanks again Khader!

A transparent transaction right from the start. I didn't have to ask for an itemized list of fees. It was given to me up front without even asking.
2023 Nissan Leaf review
This car drives very smoothly. For such a small car, you don’t feel the road. It feels like you are in an airplane. I have received many compliments from my passengers.

We worked with Steve who was our salesman. Steve was a genuine, honest, lovely man who just want it to make us happy. He didn’t push anything. He was thorough, helpful, and I felt as though we were treated with respect and kindness and honesty.

My 2023 Rouge was in for a warranty recall involving the replacement of the engine. Although it took along time, I was provided a rental car. Matt in service kept me advised of everything that was going on until the completion of the repairs.

Fixl Automotive of BartonsvilleReviews
Fixl Automotive of Bartonsville review
I’m so grateful to Elizabeth Crawley, better known as “the lady in the pink chair” at FIXL Automotive in Bartonsville! I walked in expecting a pushy salesperson, but Elizabeth immediately put me at ease. She listened to what I needed, understood what I could afford each month, and took my credit challenges seriously. She cared about finding a car I truly loved and felt comfortable buying. There was no pressure, and she made the whole process feel easy. I honestly didn’t think I would be able to buy a car, but Elizabeth made it happen! I love my car, I’ve been keeping up with my payments, and my credit score has gone way up. Thank you, Elizabeth, for your honesty, patience, and dedication. Working with you was a wonderful experience! Thank you FIXL Automotive!
