One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

I have had the opportunity to purchase 5 Nissan vehicles since 2000 with 3 being mine , 1 being my granddaughters and 1 being my daughters . Kudos to the Campbells Nissan of Edmonds for seeing through the completion of servicing my 2017 Pathfinder. After being in service couple of times for an unidentified noise under the hood, it was finally diagnosed the third time as timing chain problem. For a 2017 with all maintenance services performed it was baffling. Much more damage was discovered after the timing chain cover was removed. The estimated cost was between 3k and 6k for complete repair. Special thanks to John the service manager and Mario the service advisor who directed me to Nissan Consumer Affairs and getting me in a loaner for the duration of time my vehicle was to be in for repair. After making my case to the Consumer Affairs, five days later John went the extra consumer satisfaction mile by contacting Consumer Affairs through several emails after my return call backs was to no avail. Through my affords and Campbells Nissan successful contact, my savings was 80% of the total bill. Thank you Campbells Nissan of Edmonds

I have researched many cars and done tons of shopping over the past few months, and went into this dealership on a whim. Although they had limited staff, I never had to wait or felt my time was disrespected. Both staff members were extremely knowledgeable and were able to assist myself and other customers properly. I had not researched or considered Chia prior to popping in but I am glad that I did. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and they have been completely attentive, even after we left the lot. I am happy with my decision and completely recommend Gammy and Heidi if you're ever in the area.
