They worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and kept everything within the price range I was comfortable with. They didn’t try to upsell or give me a bunch of crap that I didn’t need. I’m telling you, this is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with! The entire team went above and beyond, and I left feeling excited about my purchase. It's rare to find customer service like this these days. They've definitely earned a customer for life, and I've be recommending them to family and friends. Kudos to the Campbells Nissan of Edmonds for seeing through the completion of servicing my 2017 Pathfinder. After being in service couple of times for an unidentified noise under the hood, it was finally diagnosed the third time as timing chain problem. For a 2017 with all maintenance services performed it was baffling. Much more damage was discovered after the timing chain cover was removed. The estimated cost was between 3k and 6k for complete repair. Special thanks to John the service manager and Mario the service advisor who directed me to Nissan Consumer Affairs and getting me in a loaner for the duration of time my vehicle was to be in for repair. After making my case to the Consumer Affairs, five days later John went the extra consumer satisfaction mile by contacting Consumer Affairs through several emails after my return call backs was to no avail. Through my affords and Campbells Nissan successful contact, my savings was 80% of the total bill. Thank you Campbells Nissan of Edmonds
