I was just browsing but found a slightly pre-owned Nissan Kicks. My sales person was Mike Brown and my finance manager was Julius Zachery. I was absolutely thrilled with my experience with both these gentlemen. I am a senior and purchased many cars over the years Tri-State Nissan was the best experience I ever had. This is probably one of the best vehicles that I ever owned taking it to North Carolina twice from Long Island New York and it was an amazing trip great gas mileage for an SUV quiet comfortable my only complaint is that you can't change the stereo head unit other than that this is a perfect vehicle

Rex is outstanding. He recently sold me a new 2025 CR-V. He was very helpful and genuinely warm and friendly. He arranged for me to drive it home to see if my handicapped husband could get in and out of it easily. It was perfect and I purchased the car. After driving it for a month, I became concerned of a possible steering issue and notified Rex. He immediately fit me in to repair and couldn't have been more accommodating. More electronics than needed, diffculty clearing previous owner programming, slight throttle hesitation when starting from standing start, power rear seat backs prone to failure, switch or cable at fault? The platinum model is a very nice car regardless of the faults listed previously.

This SUV is perfect for me. It has all the extras I was looking for. It has ample leg room, heated seats for myself and all my passengers. Love the double moon/sunroof and my favorite is the heated steering wheel.

Purchased in 2015 with 29k on odo, now (Dec 2020) at over 100k, never had a breakdown or failure, except tire pressure monitoring. Great interior comfort, roomy, manuverable, plenty of power. Have taken several 1000 mile trips, and commuted 20 miles each way for years. While not recommended for frequent or heavy tows, I occasionally pull my loaded 5 x 8 open utility trailer without issues. An excellent, reliable car. My 2012 is rated at 3500lb towing. Other model years may not be.

Karl was very helpful. I know we paid a little more for the CRV but it had very low miles and the CARFAX showed a well maintained vehicle from the previous owner.

This is the right sized SUV for me and my family. It drives well and has a lot of legroom and trunk space. It’s comfortable and stylish.

What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.

I conducted the transaction for the most part over the telephone and online without any difficulties gave them a deposit and then arrange for air transportation to Denver from Fargo Dealership representatives picked me up at the airport took me to the dealership and an hour later I was on the road back home so I was quite satisfied with the entire transaction and the quality of the car was everything that I had hoped
