From the moment I walked into the dealer, everyone was professional. However, my experience with my associate was great! Ann Marie took her time to help me find the ideal vehicle . She is very knowledgeable, and her communication was excellent. She was extremely patient throughout the process and ensured I was comfortable with my decision. If you're looking for a vehicle I would highly recommend Ann Marie for the best car sales experience!
2024 Nissan Murano review
We just traded our 2020 for a 2024 Murano. We particularly like the exterior looks, design and chrome. Interior is stylish, comfortable and functional. Our 2020 did not require anything other than oil changes and tire rotation. Murano is the only model we have bought twice. Crown Nissan is a fantastic dealership. Our Sales Consultant was Cathy Voogd, best buying experience ever.

2024 Nissan Murano review
I bought a used 2024 with 13,180 miles, so about 2 years old. It looked brand new. Even though it's Black, I still love the looks of this car. Coming from a diesel F250, the smooth ride was unbelievable. Pros: Very smooth ride, smooth power delivery (a tad bit pokey, but decent) proven reliable electronics (radio, cruise, seat/doors, etc). great 6cyl engine Cons: CVT transmission, 20" wheels (road noise) As for the CVT, I plan to replace the fluid every 20k miles and the filter every other change. The engine is a very reliable 6cyl and changing the oil will be every 4000-5000 miles. Yes! That's close. This is how you maintain a vehicle you want to keep. Also the fuel filter in the tank at 50,000 miles. So if you buy this car used, look up the CARFAX history for transmission services. Stay on top of those, and this car will last!

My Nissan Rouge had warning light to check engine. It happened just after I purchased a few months earlier from another dealership who said everything checked out. When I realized the reviews of this model did not match what I was driving, I thought to go to this authorized dealer. The staff was thorough in their diagnosis: seems there was a recall (which I did not receive from my dealer). Went to this location and they diagnosed a serious issue. Had to remove engine to complete. Repairs were covered under warranty and now I’m driving a car that was no where close to when I complained at dealership I purchased from when brought to their attention.

CarMax Knoxville review
Most professional group of people I have ever worked with ! Financing was awesome, fast and efficient . I have never bought from a dealership that had me in and out within 2 hours. No Pressure ! No Hassle ! I was VERY impressed with my experience today . I am even more impressed with the GREAT deal I got on the Dodge Ram truck I drove off the lot with . I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy their next vehicle and I will be back in the future . Pay no attention to some of the petty reviews written here and I noticed there are a few . Go down use some common business sense ,do your research before you buy , and you will find Car Max has it all !

I went to Hgreg Nissan about two hours earlier than my scheduled appointment and everyone was very welcoming. The receptionist and the general manager was at the front desk,a sales manager assigned sales person Cesar to me. Cesar was at no time pushed any extras and made the car buying process easy and stress free. It was a five star experience from start to end. It helps a lot to do your research beforehand.
