My Nissan Rouge had warning light to check engine. It happened just after I purchased a few months earlier from another dealership who said everything checked out. When I realized the reviews of this model did not match what I was driving, I thought to go to this authorized dealer. The staff was thorough in their diagnosis: seems there was a recall (which I did not receive from my dealer). Went to this location and they diagnosed a serious issue. Had to remove engine to complete. Repairs were covered under warranty and now I’m driving a car that was no where close to when I complained at dealership I purchased from when brought to their attention.

Coral Springs Nissan review
We want to sincerely thank the entire team for the excellent experience we had purchasing both of our cars. From start to finish, we felt supported, well-informed, and confident in every decision we made. The team was always clear, patient, professional, and genuinely interested in helping us find what was right for us. We especially want to recognize Mr. Andrs Llanos. His knowledge, honesty, patience, and personal attention made a real difference throughout the process. He took the time to answer all our questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure we felt comfortable with our decisions. The professionalism and, most importantly, the human quality of the entire team truly stood out. We?re very grateful for the way we were treated and would happily recommend Andrs and the team to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. CarMax RoswellReviews
CarMax Roswell review
My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.
2026 Nissan Murano review
This is the first Murano I have had the Nissan Rouge. I am so glad we bought this car. It is truly a comfortable car. The ride is very nice. I bought the two tone and love it. They did an amazing job designing this car. It has all the bells and whistles. The stereo system is out of this world; it has Bose stereo. The inside is awesome and outside. This car is so much better than the Rouge I had, as far xxx the design and style.

They were super nice and very helpful. They tried everything to help me get the car that I wanted. My credit is just too poor to do anything at the moment.
