Westside ToyotaReviews
Westside Toyota review
My salesman, Kyle Mellen, at Westside Toyota was absolutely amazing! I was going through a difficult situation trying to find a car, and from the very beginning, he listened, understood my needs, and made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Kyle was professional, kind, knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. He consistently went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, keep me informed, and make sure my needs were met every step of the way. I am incredibly grateful to have worked with him and truly appreciate everything he did for me. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, compassionate, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, I highly recommend asking for Kyle at Westside Toyota. I would absolutely recommend both Kyle and the dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

I purchased a new Chevy Colorado. The salesman was John Zvosecz. This was a great experience. There wasn't any high pressure. I took the truck for a test drive and that sold me. John showed me how all of the controls work. After I purchased the truck he took me to the gas station and filled the tank. That cost $75.00. Very Happy
2023 Nissan Rogue review
I’m very happy with my 2023 Nissan Rogue. It’s smooth, efficient, and has a sleek design. The cabin is spacious and packed with helpful features. It feels safe and reliable every time I’m behind the wheel. It’s a great all-around SUV.

2023 Nissan Rogue review
I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet of AvonReviews
Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet of Avon review
Researching ways of trading in my husbands 22 Colorado (owned) and my 22 traverse LT (leased) for two months. Went to my dealer who gave me a number I wasn’t happy with so I looked at Ken Ganley Kia and Serpentini Chevy. Both were terrible experiences. The original number my dealer gave me at the start of research was better than Kia so I called him to lock in that amount but it changed and basically matched what Kia tried to give me. Wahlburg called and asked if I’d want to come in that evening. The guys at Wahlburg in Avon were incredible. I told them what my vehicles were worth and not a dollar less and told them the number I wanted a month and nothing higher. I was anxious and frustrated assuming they’d say the same stuff the others did but that wasn’t the case. Kia ppl mansplained things to me a lot but at Wahlburg I received none of that. I didn’t feel pushed into anything, I was able to get the deal and the car I wanted. They definitely made out with our vehicles and will make a nice profit but I also feel I’ve been given a good deal. The other places were offering far less, not budging on price and wanted me to pay a ridiculous monthly. Over all I had a great experience with this dealership! I’ll continue to go through them as long as they keep up the great customer service.
2023 Nissan Rogue review
Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.

My car was due for service, so I stopped out without an appointment for oil change and free tire rotation. The service department was busy that wasn’t a problem with getting the services completed. Ben did an excellent job of getting my information and my concern with replacing my left side fog light. I been a customer since 2011, always very satisfied with the service. Excellent customer services Ben

My experience with I-90 Nissan was a very good one. My sales rep, Leslie Hoek, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She did not put any pressure on me to buy a Nissan. She helped me with every step of returning the vehicle I had and then getting the Rogue.
2023 Nissan Rogue review
So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

On April 10.2024 Stop for a oil change Jason Boismier recommended service that needed to be done . He was pleasant, after coolant flush, oil change, front brakes everything was fine except they didn’t rotate my tire it a small thing but did they forget to check my pressure also. I have been coming there for 14 years after purchasing my Nissian Murano small things matter 😔 Marlene Walker

Mentor Nissan review
It is always daunting shopping for cars. Domenic who has over a decade of sales experience did not seem like a shady salesman. He really put us at ease and gave us space to look at cars. He didn’t take advantage of our openness with our budget and he along with Danny really worked hard so that my daughter could walk out with the car she wanted, a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Sentra at her budgeted price. They didn’t get upset when they found out we didn’t need financing but really worked to meet our budget. You could see that they cared for us as a Customer and were very friendly and not overpowering. I highly recommend this dealership and plan to recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle. I can’t express what a relief it was to be heard. Domenic has a great personality and will work hard to get you in the car of your dreams. Best car shopping experience! Will definitely shop here for my next car!

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
