They were able to confirm that the car had everything I needed, and we negotiated a fair price. The dealership was a four hour drive from my home, but when I arrived, the car was perfect! Jeremy West was my salesperson, and a young lady named Aubrey was a salesperson in training. The two of them were able to get all the paperwork in order quickly, and Rod T took care of the warranty documents. I was able to drive my new car home that afternoon. It was a great experience! Everyone was very nice and helpful, and I highly recommend this dealership!

Almost too good to be true! Never would imagine such great care was really possible, but I've truly found a home for auto care services at Texas Toyota of Grapevine and won't go anywhere else. At my last visit, I was able to get the car I originally wanted with all features that fit me perfectly. Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!
