I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Car meet all.oir needs. Great gas mileage, interior and exterior is very stylish. Great for my daughter who commutes back and forth to school. I would recommend the car.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

The Note has exceeded my expectations in that the space vs appearance of size is great! Rear seat is comfortable and plenty of room, so says my 22 year old basketball ball playing son. Excellent gas mileage and the drivability is superb. This is my 11th Nissan over the years, and I started with Datsun 280Z. Brand loyal, best auto maker, I stand behind the company.
Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.

I have only had the car for a short period of time but really have enjoyed the car and the peace of mind I have for my daughter to drive it. It was a good value, it's a nice car and the price was certainly right.
Buying our new vehicle was completely our decision. We never felt pressured by any employee. The process was quick and simple. The entire staff, from first contact to last, was very helpful in helping us find the exact vehicle we wanted and explain all the details along the way. This car has a larger trunk than mid-size cars, its also has a back-up camera, very comfortable and fun to drive. Great on gas, no problem in the 2 years I own it.
I'd like to comment on Sher Grey. I spoke over the phone with her about some online vehicles she had posted. I was so impressed with her knowledge and concern towards my situation in being able to get me into the car I was really wanting. She was straight up with me and said she'd do all she could to get me in the car . I finally felt like there actually was someone out there in this car business that I didn't have to worry that I was being taken advantage of . I'm definitely making an appointment with her and feel secure that she will make sure I'm taken care of like I should be. Thanks Sher your one of a kind!! See you soon..

at 64,000 my transmission started having issues out at 75,000 around there, after that this year alone with transmission, axles, tires, bushing, i have spent over $6,000 in less than a year after having the car for 2 years
I own a 2015 Nissan Titan and end the market to buy a new one. I started off with Route 66 Nissan and they didn’t have quite what I was looking for but they have the best salesman Brandon Hickman around and some pretty awesome deals. Hopefully soon I will be back to purchase a titan from them.

I like its design. I like that it's compact and feels roomy on the inside. Enjoying the reverse camera, the audio design, and Bluetooth connection. I do miss the mid-console between the front seats, but like the armrest in it's place.
My experience at Midtown Kia has been a plesant one to be repeated! The staff is friendly, skilled, trustworthy, attentive and efficient. Ample time and explanation were given to me regarding the upkeep of my car and my questions patiently and gladly addressed. I am glad to have my vehicle serviced there as I'm convinced it will stay in the best condition under their workmanship. They are second mile people. Thank you Midtown Kia!
