She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. I have bought 5 classic vehicles from Joe. Just recently 1994 C4 corvette. Super low mileage. Joe and his son Zane are just simply the best. Zane is a master and the most professional, proficient young mechanic and man. He ensures every nook and cranny is checked. If you want a too notch corvette , simply no one better then Joe. If you want a car that he does not have on his lot , he will find it for you. Touch base with whoever is selling it and physically see it before any deal is done. What other dealer does that? Umm no one. Hopefully in a yr or 2, I will go purchase a C5 or newer bad xxx corvette.!!😉
