2024 Nissan Leaf review
One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

2020 Nissan Leaf review
Safety and value. Was looking for an EV for a new teen driver. Safety, ease of use, visibility, features (ePedal and 360 camera specific to LEAF), and VALUE (with dealer discounts before the auto market heated up and credits), was the easiest car buying decision I have ever made. Dealer experience so so. They all hedged around the $7500 Fed Tax incentive, so, recommend you figure this out at time of purchase. The customer service at the dealership I bought the car was mixed. Note: I have NOT owned the car long enough to determine its reliability. Now problems so far. Time to power the electric grid with sustainable sources.

I am in the market soon for a used Nissan Leaf i have checked out how i can refurbish the battery packs over time and slowly bring back the range spending 200 a month buying the refurbished battery packs on ebay for 50 bucks each .. 4 a month and in a year you will have a brand new battery for a lot less than dealers or repair shops will charge you.. it is something YOU can do with a volt meter and a wrench ..

2013 Nissan Leaf review
I drive this car daily, maybe 100 miles often. Very impressed with how quickly it accelerates. I bought the car and took it straight to the Nissan dealership as recommended for the full inspection. Very very cheap to maintain. Just takes a while to get confident in driving and making sure there’s a charging station around since I only get 65 miles per charge. Fun car to drive.

2012 Nissan Leaf review
I just purchased my first EV. I already knew about battery degradation and limited range in an older Leaf. I paid $4200 for mine with 82.000 miles on it. It is really a cool little ride for around town. I am learning a lot about electric cars. My commute is 6 miles each way and I only drive to stores close by. If you are realistic about your expectations with the older models it can be a really pleasant driving experience. I strongly recommend one if you don’t have to drive far or often. So far it is much nicer than a gas powered car and I feel that I didn’t poison the air when I drove to work.

I’m not typically one to write reviews, but my experience with CarMax has been so outstanding that I feel compelled to share. From start to finish, they’ve redefined my expectations for buying a vehicle. It was located at a CarMax dealership in Florida, while I’m in Nashville. For just $200, they shipped it to my local CarMax dealership. Knowing the worst-case scenario was losing that $200, I felt reassured to take the leap—and I’m so glad I did. Within just a few days, the car arrived. I had a trade-in—a mid-mileage VW Atlas in good condition—and to my surprise, CarMax offered me an amazing price. I’ve done my research, and they gave me a value that was very close to what I’d seen comparable models selling for, and significantly more than I owed. Needless to say, I accepted their offer with ease. As for my new (used) car, I was impressed by the comprehensive warranty options. The extended warranty they offer feels like an insurance policy: $200 deductible for coverage up to 150,000 miles. With my car’s mileage at around 50,000, this was a no-brainer. I’ve seen glowing reviews about the warranty online, and after my own experience, I can see why. Now here’s the part that truly sets CarMax apart—the post-purchase experience. The vehicle is used, so it’s impossible to catch every little thing during a quick test drive. Thankfully, CarMax provides a 90-day warranty and has a full-service garage. I’ve been back a few times for small fixes, like the gas door not working properly, tire monitor sensors, an alignment issue, and even replacing a rear entertainment system screen. Every single issue was handled promptly and professionally, leaving me with a car that feels brand new. Shoutout to Elvis in the service department! Not only did he remember my name when I returned, but he also ensured I had a free loaner car anytime my vehicle needed to stay overnight. The customer service I’ve received from him and the entire CarMax team has been nothing short of exceptional. This entire process has been so seamless that I can confidently say CarMax will be my first stop the next time I’m in the market for a car. I’ve purchased brand-new vehicles before and never felt this satisfied. CarMax has raised the bar for what car buying and ownership should feel like. If you’re on the fence about where to purchase your next vehicle, I can’t recommend CarMax enough. From great trade-in offers to their stellar warranty program and impeccable customer service, they’ve won me over as a fan for life. 2015 Nissan Versa Note review
I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

2007 Nissan Versa review
I bought my 2007 Nissan versa, hatchback used, back in 2016. It had low miles and was in very nice condition. Like most Nissans, the CVT is slow starting out, but develops excellent speed, once it shifts into the higher gears. It can hold its own on the road against larger vehicles. It is not built as well as the small Hondas, and Toyotas, but it is a good car for the money. I have close to 90 thousand miles on my versa. It's my daily driver. And, I haven't had to do much work to it, thus far. I've done tires, brakes, battery, and fluid changes. That's about it. I am running on the original engine (1.8L), original transmission (6-Speed CVT), original starter, alternator, electronic ignition system, exhaust system, Ect. Stuff will wear out, but a pretty decent car...
