John Kaminski was extremely helpful from the first time I was in to just even look at options for a truck that I did not expect to get until further down the road but within a a month or two I found I needed a new vehicle sooner than expected. He was great with helping find a truck and opened me up to options I had never even considered before. He was able to set me up with new tires and extra after waiting a week for a sensor to be repaired (the wait was not their fault it was out sourced places issue). He helped make sure my sister who referred me got her referral money and was cool to just talk with about things we had in common and I will be coming to see him for my next vehicle as well. I should note Matt was very helpful in John's absence on one day inparticular.

Absolutely the very best, most awesome, buying experience on the planet, EVER! These folks know how to let the process breathe...no PUSH, no PULL, NO BULL. Our sales guy Nick is as professional as they come without being a "salesman", very relate-able and honest. Understand we were out and about doing some Black Friday shopping without really needing anything. We stopped in to do a few test drives as this dealership had all 3 sedans we were considering (Cadillac, Lincoln and Buick) to purchase NEXT YEAR, not this year. After looking they didn't have (on the lot) the Buick LaCrosse with the large moonroof or sunroof...which ever its called. Nick said they had one in the wash bay.....BOOM...test drive done!!! My husband and I love this vehicle and were extremely excited that we made an offer and it was done!! Their finance guy Alex is the ONLY finance guy you will ever want to work on your half in these situations....totally and completely painless!! From the day I purchased my Xterra right to today, picking it up from a collision repair, I have had the best customer service from any dealer I've ever done business with. Quality repair work and bonus surprise to find every inch of the inside of the car cleaned. Wow!! You never see extras like that any more. Sales and Service people are top notch. Waiting room always super clean and stocked with goodies and drinks. I would highly recommend this dealership. I'm very impressed with every aspect of their customer service.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and Gezon Motors was a referral from a friend who has leased her last 3 vehicles from Gezon Motors. Once I walked into the showroom I knew I was in the right place. Everyone was most welcoming as I met with my appointment Paul Jones, sales associate. Paul was excellent in handling all my concerns and we even went for a test drive in a 2017 Rogue which I purchase a few days later. I observed many of the team that works there and they care - how unique is that? I purchase my Rogue on a Friday and the following Monday I received a phone call from Paul Jones asking me if I had any concerns or questions. I will be recommending both Paul Jones and the Gezon Motor dealership if I should hear of someone in the market for a vehicle. I felt like family.
We moved to the area about a year ago and have been getting our Jetta serviced at Gezon. We always liked the staff and felt they did great work. While waiting on an oil change we walked onto the Pre-owned lot. Well let's just say that Mike Poll's style and selling approach was quite appreciated. He loved our current vehicle as much as we did and thought we would still find a lot of value in ownership for another 50K miles.
