It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

Standing at 6'4, my biggest surprise is fitting in the car and being comfortable. It's a sporty car with potential. The only downside is the response. On low speeds it bucks and almost idles between gears. If you floor it, there's a crazy 3 second delay for the engine to realize it should GO. When it does finally GO, it really GOES.

This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.

I have purchased my last two used vehicles from Willy Herold for my teen and now college aged daughter. The second purchase was simply an upgrade from the first :) My in house buying experience has been more than outstanding. My 2014 Equinox LTZ has over 200,000 miles on it. Been the most reliable vehicle I’ve ever owned including a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Will buy Equinox again.

i would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all the folks at King Ford. My wife and i were just going over to look at vehicles(Trucks) for a possible purchase in the near future. When we arrived at King Ford we were met by a gentleman who was very kind and polite. I told him that we were just looking for trucks to possibly buy in the near future. He put us with a great salesman named David Breedlove. He was not pushy or trying to sell us something we did not want. We fell in love with a Ford F-150 my wife loved. After asking a few questions and test driving it, my wife and i purchased the vehicle on the spot. Everyone that i met at King Ford was very friendly and kind and told us of the pros and cons of each vehicle we liked. The finance manager was excellent also. Over the years we have purchased at least six vehicles from Willy Herold that I can remember and will continue to purchase vehicles from them. The ladies in the office are awesome and work with you to make purchases happen. They have their own maintenance department and any repairs are made at a discounted rate. I am looking into purchasing another vehicle in the near future and would not even think about going to another dealership.

I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

I had a very good purchase experience at King Ford. The employees were kind and not pushy. They allowed me to take my time and ask questions. I was quoted a price without delay. And without giving my contact information.

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

Great car, love the engine, interior / exterior. Value for money. Lots of space at the back, specially for a compact suv. Love the car. No regrets.

We got a fair deal, but it was disappointing that the check engine light came on two days later for a low voltage battery and O2 sensor.

I own several American cars in the past and I'll never buy another American car again after buying this Subaru. I feel a lot safer and a lot more comfortable in the Subaru Crosstrek than I ever felt in any American car built that I ever drove

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

Had the best car buying experience I have ever had. Told them what we wanted to spend and they did exactly that no pressure to spend more.

Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

Had engine issues but GMC resolved. Love the air ride. Handles well on the road. Gas mileage is typical for these suvs. Love my truck

The sales manager Mr. Jimmy Scoggins was also super and helped us to get a very good deal. My wife and I highly recommend this dealership.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I bought my car as used from the dealer. I have had no issues so far with it. The radio and heater work better than my old Toyota Corolla.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!
