I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I want to thank Karl Bush, Amanda Stone, Curtis Luce, and Mr. Reggie for making my service trip to Wray Ford in January easy, timely, and peaceful. Karl made scheduling my service appointment for my side-view mirror easy. He listened to my concerns and found a time that worked best for me to get my vehicle to the shop to be inspected. Before contacting me with the repair details, Karl connected with the shop to obtain an anticipated date for when the part could be ordered and delivered, along with the pricing, allowing me to plan accordingly. He went above and beyond to ensure I knew Wray Ford was using quality parts and nothing that would be considered after-market. When I arrived at the Service Department, Karl was waiting on the sidewalk to greet and check in customers coming with their vehicles. Although I had visited the shop previously, Karl ensured I knew where to go after checking in my vehicle. He also remembered when I planned to arrive and told me he had already scheduled my trip home. He said Curtis Luce would be driving me home. After walking through the Service Department door, Amanda Stone was behind the counter, greeting everyone with a huge smile, gracious attitude, and a warm welcome. It was not my first trip to Wray Ford, yet Amanda always makes everyone walking through the door feel part of the Wray Ford Family. The atmosphere is welcoming, the TV is on, and refreshments are available. She doesn't just sit behind the counter and stare; she engages with you. She exhibits the same attitude when you call the service department. I have never noticed if she's having a down day during my visits because she happily makes you and those around her her focus. Shortly after taking a seat, Karl opened the door to tell me Curtis was ready to drive me home. The wait was less than five minutes, which was great. Once the shuttle vehicle door opened, Curtis greeted me with a smile and a wonderful personality. He had taken time to warm the vehicle before picking me up since it was cold that morning. He asked if there was a particular radio station I wanted to listen to and alerted me to my ETA. During our drive, we exchanged pleasant conversations. It felt like I was riding with a friend. I felt extremely comfortable. Plus, he drove very cautiously. He also bragged about how much he enjoys working at Wray Ford alongside his teammates, which supported my opinions about Karl and Amanda. When we arrived at my house, Curtis said he would likely see me again once my vehicle was ready because he would drive over in a separate vehicle to pick up Mr. Reggie after he returned my car. Once my car was ready, I received a call from Karl and an emailed copy of my invoice so I could review the breakdown before submitting my payment. Afterward, Karl said I would receive a phone call about the scheduled delivery of my vehicle. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Mr. Reggie. He was delightful and pleased to assist me with the return of my car. It was not my first time dealing with Mr. Reggie. He was just as nice the very first time I met him. When he arrived, we exchanged nice pleasantries and laughter about the day. I cannot say it enough. Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

When I contacted the dealership they were more than helpful in getting me pictures and information on a vehicle that I couldn't see on the app. Sammy gave me the information.I needed and sent me a buyers order so that when I showed up.I had a check and was ready to pay and I was in and out quick. We'll definitely do business with them again.

Have owned it for about one year the only thing I have done is change the oil and filter and put some air in the tires when the weather got colder. Have liked everything about it so far.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

My transmission went out on my suv. I was in middle of commuting from Texas to Arkansas for work. I called the dealership and was guided to a towing service that was highly recommended by them and once my vehicle was brought to their shop. The receptionist took care of scheduling the services I would need. The problem was identified and repairs were done promptly.

This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

it is a very nice car! it is all wheel drive. it only comes on one of the models. very roomy with all the modern features. The only negative is the Sun Roof is not available in the All Wheel Drive Model.

Shane Simpson reached out after an internet inquiry. He answered all questions and sent pictures of the truck. I was able to come in the next and took a test drive. Soon after, I was in the hands of Chris Blaeholder working on the financial details. Went very smoothly. I almost did not believe that it was done. Total time 1 hour 15 minutes. There was no pressure or untoward tactics. They are my go to guys and represent Yokem and Toyota very well. I hope they are still there when I need another truck.

2025 Trax LS . The cheap trim level with a key Local dealer selling them at $1500 off. No tricks or xx. Yeah , even I was surprised Designed in China . Made in South Korea . The good- basic transport with some flair The bad- Must have opened only one row of containers at the port . Any dealer that had an LS only had the one color.. Does it's business , even on the freeway ..70 mph all day long . I try to change the oil often , as the wet timing belt is probably only good for.50000 miles . Comfy smooth on the road. Rear seat passenger says no , but all in all a decent buy at $21000.

2019 Camaro SS 1LE M6 is the best bang for the buck so far in my short time owning it. For being considered a "heavy" car, it is incredibly nimble and racy. Smooth when desired. (Notice I flipped those driving preferences!!!) Not a ton of space inside but the car is not meant to be a family daily driver. Although at first the car felt hard to see out of it, really is not that bad at all when you get used to the sight lines. Great fun!

I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

Great car but my 2019 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited got 42.4 mpg when new but only gets 35 mpg now. I'm 75 y/o and drive the speed limit always. Average 35 to 40 miles per hour. Does anyone know why. Dealer is no help answering this question.

It’s a Jeep, so people who buy this understand what it’s all about, great off road performance, reliable and fun to drive. The Gladiator is unique because it’s a pickup and gives you more flexibility on abilities to carry more, but doesn’t hamper performance in any way, also, priced well compared to similar vehicles.

It's a fantastic vehicle, both inside and out. I get about 30-50 electric miles depending on whether I do freeway or side-street driving, what the outdoor temperature is, if I have AC on, etc. I get 50-60 mpg when the engine turns on. It gets to freeway speeds really fast in sport mode, but I normally stay on eco/normal mode - normal mode has more than enough power for my needs. Interior features lack the extra toys from the XSE and Premium trims, but I can live without them. Trunk space is adequate with the folding cover attached and only slightly better without it due to the sloped rear exterior. But I've never had a problem with trunk space since folding down the seats grants more than enough room for my needs. Cabin space is decent. No one in my family and friend group is over 182 cm tall so all of them can fit with ample head and leg room. I have no complaints with the handling, even at higher speeds. It's smooth, but outside noise does get a bit loud especially when the engine turns on. Charging is a tad over nine hours if using a standard 110v/120v L1 charger, and half that with a 220v/240v L2 charger. The Prius Prime is not built to handle DC charging, so don't bother with that. EV mode is good for up to 55 mph or so, and HV mode is good for speeds beyond that. The sweet spot speed for HV mode seems to be around 65-72 mph. Beyond that and efficiency takes a nosedive. The Prius Prime, or any plug-in hybrid (PHEV), isn't for everyone. It's the best of both worlds, but it's also the worst of both worlds. During EV mode, a PHEV is a less efficient battery electric vehicle (BEV) since it's carrying a heavy internal combustion engine (ICE) that isn't being used, along with all the other ICE components. It also has all the maintenance requirements of the standard HEV variant, unlike a true BEV. When the battery is depleted, a PHEV is a worse hybrid since it's carrying a big battery that isn't being used. Despite a PHEV's versatility between gasoline and electric usage, it isn't for everyone. It can run on gasoline only without ever charging the battery, but then you lose all the benefits of EV driving. You paid extra for the EV experience, so you might as well charge the battery. Final thoughts: the Prius Prime is a very good car, but only If you can charge at home. If not, then get the standard Prius since that one is an even more efficient hybrid.
