Good crew over at Bryan Jeffery Motors. I live in Kodiak and was looking for a used car and came across this dealership. The logistics for getting the vehicle to Kodiak requires a few steps but we were able to get it here with no issues. Pretty easy to get a hold of the guys at Bryan Jeffery Motors and usually heard back on questions within a day, if not same day. Had to have someone look over and test drive the vehicle and the crew was pretty flexible with their schedule. My buying process was pretty simple and didn't require a loan or any financial lending, so I don't have too much feedback on any in-house financing or work with banks. Had to pay extra to get the vehicle to Whittier to be put on the ferry but was appreciative that they were able to do that. Appreciated their ability to get an auto-start installed and winter tires changed over before shipping to Kodiak. Only negative feedback would be that the gas gauge was pretty much on empty when I received the vehicle, but that's about it. I am very pleased with the purchase and am loving my vehicle so far! Definitely would recommend others looking at Bryan Jeffery Motors for a vehicle.

I wanted to update my review with more details because in our experiences, Joey Domingo has had great integrity and treated us fairly. Twice in the last two years he has given us quality customer care. Several months after we bought a Tundra, they honored the reimbursement for a second key and fob as negotiated (always get it in writing-this is true with any deal). Joey wasn't in town when we stopped in, but another rep looked it up for us and squared us up. Our family, relatives, friends and more know we can rely on Affordable Used Cars. This isn't to say that their inventory has only perfect cars, you still should do a test drive, see a car fax, and whichever other steps you do when car shopping. Saw a post about lug nuts not matching or other items, I think sometimes people don't realize they are buying a USED car that someone else owned previously. Sometimes people are shady to Affordable Used Cars and do dirty tactics to hide a mechanical issue for a sale - Affordable IMO does there best to reasonably work with a car they accepted. Even though vehicles are sold as is, they honestly try to work with people if someone is vocal about a car not performing right - most dealerships also run into this at times. They also are great at replacing windshields or comping that cost. I highly recommend this business and we will continue to refer people to go with Joey. Joey/Affordable can often get you a better financing rate even if you have longevity with your bank.

I had a great experience. I appreciated that they don't work on commission. The vehicle I had been exploring was sold so Albert took time to help me find something that benefited my family but fit in my price range. There was a lot of time spent ensuring I understood the process and the next steps. I liked the open door policy and not pressured into having to buy. I was able to locate vehicle that I have been driving for a few weeks and love. Albert even helped me with gaining insurance. I felt welcomed the whole time and left feeling informed. He said you might find a vehicle that meets your needs that you didn't know even existed. He took the time and I will be back to look at some more vehicles.
