I bought this car used in 2012. Over 10yrs later and 214k miles she still rolling. I did have to replace power steering sensor last year and unfortunately it has to be reprogrammed in shop or would of saved chuck of money. My evap solenoid is giving me trouble but my heat my AC my radio my windows all work and I would buy a brand new one if I good. Lots of replaced headlamp bulbs over the years but once rewired it made much better

Bought this car at a junk auction. It was in poor shape but I knew that going into it. It was a jewel of a find 06 gtp. It's my fun summer's only, occasional driver. I gutted all the seats and replaced them with leather as well as fixed the interior. Car had lots of mechanical issues as well but the engine was and still is strong. Its a fun car to buy and take under your wing as a collectors, project car. Lots of cheap parts in the junk yards now. I would not recommend this car for a daily driver unless you plan on spending a lot of money fixing stuff. The cars are old.

They let me know when I have upcoming scheduled maintenance that will have extra cost so the I can financially prepare in advance. Hard to find customer service like that anymore. I’m a bragging past owner of a 2006 G6 Gypsy sedan. First owner up to around 37,000 miles. Great experience & performance! Only issue that aggravated me was the key release from the ignition “ which was repeatedly repaired & never solved?” My model was the rare 6 speed manual “ yes in a sedan!!!!” The manual had to be in a certain precise position to trigger the ignition key release. I joked with GM service department that apparently the car wanted to keep driving?! The only other service I can remember was the leather seat cover replaced because the color wore away. & a suspension part up front. Everything covered by factory no arguments. I’m extremely serious that this is one General Motors hidden past gems!!!! “ keep in mind I am NOT talking base entry level model here.” Everyone knows about the G8 the solstice which is understandably justified! However these G6 GTP & GXP are the best investment for the budget minded to get performance in a competitive fun driving sedan with luggage & storage space!” Unless you’re smart enough to purchase the HARDTOP metal roof convertible!” Do your self & your wallet a favor & don’t ignore the vehicle when looking!

(owner of three 06/07 g6 GT/GTPs convertibles) Wonderful, sporty look. Design is great with minimal flaws such as cover that opens when top comes down malfunctioning or air vents coming out. Seats look great but sit in this car longer then two hours you'll wish you weren't. Every car I've seen has a rip in driver seat, you'll know what I mean if you own one most likely. Engine and transmission are strong and reliable with little maintenance needed. Things like CV joints, ball joints, sway bars, etc you'll need to replace often along with many electrical details and oil/tranny leaks. All around amazing, going on five years with my first one from 132k miles to 203k miles it runs just as it did the day I bought it.

I have an 06 4 door GTP, comes with an amazing SUPERCHARGED 3.9L, looks sporty and even muscle car ish (besides the front headlights I just replaced them with halos because the stocks looked a bit buggy), the GTP rims look better than Camaro SS rims in my opinion, performs perfectly and amazingly,great gas mileage, fire hot heat, ice cold AC, I love racing people on the street in this car because I leave 90% of them in the dirt as soon as I takeoff, many compliments on the looks and rarity, power seats are heated and most comfortable I’ve ever had, in the snow I make truck look like nothing when it comes to handling, sound system POUNDS super nice, smooth ride, very minimal inexpensive issues at 170k, does some aggressive smoky burnouts, and very reliable too, no matter what, -20 degrees out, 97 degrees, it has never let me down, every time I turn the key she fires up loud and proud in 1 pull!! ETC. With all of that said, I wouldn’t trade this car for anything else. The 2006 Pontiac G6 GTP 4 door sedan is definitely a great performer, reliable till the end, beautifully and uniquely designed car 1000% Best car I’ve ever owned and very very highly recommend it.

I bought my 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix GT in 2007 with 23,000 miles on it. This car has been exceptional and I still own it. I have changed the oil every 3,000 - 4,000 miles since I have owned it. The car currently has 511,000 and the 3.8 non- super charged engine has never been opened up. The alternator just went at 450,000 miles and the AC system is all original. The transmission was overhauled at 289,000 miles. The car is in extremely good condition cosmetically and does not look like a half million mile car. It has the sun and sound package and the special order Blue-Green Crystal Metallic paint. I plan on driving this until the engine gives out!

This car met all my needs. I was able to find a job, go back to school, and take care of all my other important stuff. I was able to take my family out in this vehicle several occasions. We loved driving this car my husband and I. I even took my older kids out to text drive in this vehicle we have a lot of good memories in this vehicle. I want to leave a review about the manager, Richie. He was very professional and offered me a great deal on a truck. He walked me through each trade in value, as I was trading in 2 motorcycles. The interest rate was a great number and my payment was going to be lower than expected. However, I fell in love with a different truck at another dealership so I respectfully declined the offer. I would definitely come to Great Deals on Wheels first next time im in the market for a great used vehicle.

My 2008 G8GT has 185K on it and it still drives and handles like a new car. I have changed the brakes to slotted and change the oil myself every 3-4k miles. Front seats are not that comfortable for long trips and is my only minor complaint. I will keep the car as long as I can because there is nothing like the power being offered in a four door by an American Car Company.

I got my 2003 Grand Prix for my 16th birthday with under 100,000 miles and now I'm 18. Being a high school kid I put many hard miles on it. It has very few problems in its old age. Much of the bottom is rusted out but the frame is as solid as ever. My car tends to heat up faster than many others I have saw. In my opinion I don't believe this is a good cross country car. I'm sure it was great for cross country when new but as any car's they get old and become risky for this kind of stuff. I believe I can get this car through college and maybe then some. Also being the country boy I am this care can off road if you do it right. I'v had it covered completely in mud before!

Salesman was low pressure and honest. We were comfortable covering two and one half pages of questions and things to look at.

My 07' Grand Prix GT still going strong in 2023 with 10100 miles on it (low for its age). The GT had the supercharged version of the 3.8., has every option other than OnStar, stealth gray exterior, 10 spoke wheels, all charcoal leather interior. Other than regular maintenance and the normal wear items it has only had a check engine light come on once in 16 years, codes revealed a TB circuit failure, and a 150.00 throttle pedal fixed the issue. Minor issues are soft trim parts are failing and no replacements are available to be had. GM should have killed the Buick instead of Pontiac, after all it brought more to the table than Buick did. To this day still gets the 18mpg the EPA suggested in 2007.

I purchased a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado at Fall Creek Motor Cars and I am very happy with my purchase. The truck is in excellent condion with low miles. I would definitely refer all my friends and family to this dealership.

I loved this car I have had 3, all in which have made it well over 300k with the infamous 3800 v6. This last one made it to 377k and the computer went out. I sold it for 1600 still and my neighbor down the roads kid is still driving it back and fourth to college which is around 400 miles round trip and drives it daily in St. Louis. Great car i never had any other problems with it. Wish they never quit making Pontiac’s👎🏻

My mom bought this car brand new in 2009 and I bought it from her in 2016, and finally now at 245k miles it finally needs a timing chain replacement and I'm making the decision to let it go. This car has taken me all over America multiple times over on 15k+ mile road trips. It has gone off road (not well but did it), zips up and down mountains, handled extreme cold (-40 F) and extreme heat (128 F) with no problems whatsoever. Even the transmission still runs like a dream, and i was really hoping to get a little more time from this car, but it's gotta go. Would absolutely buy another one if Pontiac was still around.

This vehicle has some of the best interior I've ever seen. I have almost fell asleep driving before its so comfortable. It doesn't have much power. Trying to do a burnout in a 1992 Bonneville is impossible.
