Used 2017 Porsche Cayenne for sale near Fremont, CA

I have purchased several cars in my lifetime. My experience with BMW of Salem was fantastic. I was initially contacted via email by Ryan when I inquired about a used vehicle for sale. The follow up was appreciated and setting an appointment to test drive the vehicle. When we arrived to the dealership the car was parked out front and ready for us....no usual waiting for this or that. Ames took us out on the first test drive and was very pleasant. I worked with Ryan, Ames, TJ and Keith and they were exceptionally great communicators, kind, and professional. Which we appreciate. After our initial test drive with Ames we made a verbal offer then wanted to take a 2nd test drive. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our purchasing decision. They walked us through everything and even checked on us several times as we waited for Keith to free up to complete our purchase paperwork. Keith went above and beyond agreeing to go on the 2nd test drive with us since he was the most familiar with our used car Ford F150 purchase. After our purchase was completed Keith helped us pair our phones and went over the features of the truck we purchased even though this was not within the scope of his job description. He truly went above and beyond for us. TJ made sure our numbers were correct, explaining the difficulties and limitations of our purchase since we were WA residents and they could not register the car for us. Ryan made sure we were gassed up, cleaned up, keys ready as soon as our paperwork was completed. Their pricing was fair and they worked within our budget and constraints being from Washington. They set the bar for dealership etiquette, customer service and great overall service. Keep up the good work fellas!

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

Very solid built vehicle and was Porsche certified Pre owned. Very nicely equipped SUV with low mileage. The performance of this SUV is second to none.

This was my first introduction to the Porsche brand and I have become a winner and believe in the business. The Porsche Cayenne is not like any other SUV and it sits in a class by itself. Was ok . just couldnt find what was in my budget . needed something for around 1500 cash without a lot of major issues. Since my credit needs help getting cleared up and the fact im not working i wouldnt be able to afford payments

Was helped immediately by Braden, who was very professional and answered very question I had. He made the purchasing process quick and easy. I must say I was initially skeptical about buying a used Subaru Outback from an Infinity dealership instead of one of the Subaru dealerships in the area. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for though in the color my wife and I wanted with low miles and a decent price. Dillon was very patient while I spent a considerable amount of time going through the whole vehicle looking over every detail including crawling around underneath the car. I didn't even sit in the driver's seat until I had done my full exterior inspection. I found a few minor scratches to the paint and lower plastic trim on one side but this was expected for a 7yr old vehicle and I was okay with it since the price was right and it seemed to be mechanically sound. During the test ride I put it through the paces with some not so gentle acceleration, cornering and braking including my emergency “slam on the brakes" @40mph test that I warned Dillon about in advance. He was very calm about it all. It probably helped that I shared my previous track days experience before the test ride so he knew I had experience driving a vehicle near its limits. I could find no issues with it mechanically so it was off to discuss the total price once we got back to the showroom. Dillon did a great job explaining the total cost with tax, licensing, etc and explained they had financing options even though I had initially planned to use my own credit union to finance the purchase. Bobby, his sales manager, was extremely helpful and got me an even lower interest rate with a lender that I was already using for my primary checking/banking and threw in a couple of extras on top of that that I was not expecting because he wanted me to be a happy customer which I was extremely impressed with. I then explained my challenge getting the vehicle home and Bobby offered to help get it to downtown Seattle where I could more easily get it home since I'm a ferry ride from the city. I could not be happier with my purchase and the customer service I received from both Dillon and Bobby at Infinity of Bellevue.

Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.

Overall excellent customer service, and inventory. Loved many of the cars, couldn't decide which to chose from. Ended up buying a Range Rover Evoque, very few in El Paso for this price. Love my suv and love Macova Auto Group!!
