Porsche did a nice job on the Cayenne redesign. Car has great lines and the interior instrumentation/ Nav screen has great aesthetics. Best part is the power. It has great acceleration 0-60 in 4.2 seconds for the S. Finally Porsche holds it value if you take care of it.

This platform doesn’t let me update my last review so I have to write a new review. Chris who is a very nice guy from the service called me and scheduled an appointment the soonest he could and he also promised a rent a car paid by them as a loaner while they have the car! My original message a few hours before the second call by Chris: Their service department is horrible. I called today because the AC on my brand new car is not working. It is 120 degrees outside in Woodland Hills. Soraya, the service agent, told me that they don’t have a loaner available till mid October! When I said, it would be fine and I will drop the car if it can be done in one day. She said it will be for a couple of days or more and they couldn’t give me a loaner either. When I asked that jaguar is basically telling me that they cannot do anything for me even though it is super hot outside and not having AC basically means not being able to drive the car, her answer was “yes, we can’t do anything about it”!!! Just imagine, you need your car on a daily basis, and the AC is not working, and they would tell you to drop your car there and stay without the car for few days until they decide to fix your car!!! Terrible customer service!

This is a beautiful car with a smooth yet sporty ride. I expect it to be reliable although I have just bought it. The car has the latest technology built into it.

I have had a couple warranty-covered issues with my otherwise-wonderful 2018 Pacifica. At J-Star, there was no hassle and they even noticed another warranty-covered item and took care of it for me.

This is very good car, really worthy having it in this price! Almost the brand new, very clean. It is very good chance to find car like this.

My wife and I are past Lexus owners. Their new front end killed them for us. Happy they did though. The Cayenne is one of the best performance cars I have owned. While being fast and responsive it is also very comfortable. Interior is designed like a cockpit with all controls close to the driver.

Love love love my car! I went to anther place I was asked to get a cosigner, Boktor Motors signed me up by myself and I did this all alone with no help from anybody. Feels so good to be able to get my first car, use my own credit and not ask any help. My car is perfect. I waited a while to write this review because I wanted to see how my car drives and so far so good and I have no complaints. This place is the best!

The prices attracted me. The customer service and experience/ level of knowledge was not great. There was an inconsistency of dealership policy. It would be nice to get a car for the price you expect. I felt forced to purchase items I did not want

My 2024 Subaru was in for it's first checkup. As always, the process for efficient and pleasant. The employees are nice and informative. Any where in the world I don’t think anyone can get a better service offered by NICK and this wonderful Car Shop.

At Newport Auto, Sasha Poleshuk, did an amazing job helping me find the perfect Porsche MACAN SUV. He spent hours, days helping me decide in person, or by text, which car and which color. He helped me navigate the possibility of tariffs if we were to order a car. His patience and kindness made the difference in helping me choose to pick a car from the inventory. I purchased the car but he also made arrangements with the dealership to hold the car for a couple of days. I was so thrilled when I brought my husband and a friend to pick up the car. The Macan had a big white bow! Newport Auto and Sasha Poleshuk are the best.
