I bought my 1999 996 in early 1999. I love the styling and it drives like a dream. A daily drive for me these days with 85000 miles. The clutch was replaced after 50000 miles and I have the oil changed every 3000 miles. My mechanic has been taking care of it for over 20 years now. I asked about the IMS issue and am told there is no evidence of any problem. If you stay ahead of maintenance you will have the best automobile you could ever own.

I flew to San Jose, California 3/1/22 and bought a used 2000 Cabriolet, one owner, 54k miles. I drove down Pacific Coast Hwy over 2 days. To LA area and tooled around for a week. Had it inspected by a Porsche restorer who gave it 👍🏻👍🏻. Drove to Las Vegas through Death Valley with top down. After a couple of days drove to Phoenix. Spent several days running on desert roads. Then spent 6 days driving back to SC. Went through “Tail of Dragon” 5 times. I named the car the “Beast”. I love it and I’m a car guy but never had a car like this. Drove it 4500 miles in 18 days. Would recommend highly.

When you buy a Porsche 911 you buy it because of its performance. My car now has 96,000 mile are runs and drives as it should. I do several DE track days every year. It has never let me down. It is amazing to drive, steers like it is on rails, stops on a dime, and goes as fast as I need it to go. What a great car!!

I think the 964 has gotten a bum rap. I have owned a 1992 Model 964 for 7 years. It has been very reliable. It isn't particularly fast by contemporary standards but fast enough for most traffic and road conditions. I was a bit concerned about the dual mass flywheel issue with the 964 but after forking over a few thousand for various deferred maintenance shortly after buying the car it has been very trouble free.

This is my 3rd Porsche and this time I chose the 911 T. I wanted a xxxxx to the wall driving experience in the Smokie Mountains near my home. The T does not disappoint. It performs flawlessly. It hugs the corners -I can easily take 25 mph at 50 mph or more in perfect control. The engine/weight ratio gives more power than can ever be realistically used even if you have a long stretch that is police free. Overall it is a thrill to drive, the cabin is comfortable without being fussy and it growls like a caged tiger with the sport exhaust.

Staff members are professional, polite, and very knowledgeable about the classic vehicles they represent. They have earned my respect and I trust their judgement and no pressure salesmanship

Terrific car and the best I have ever owned Comfort downgraded because the leather seats are just too hard, a common problem with leather seating. Lexus uses much softer leather, making their seats much more comfortable for a long drive. Wouldn't need heated seats if not for the leather seating surfaces. Fabric is MUCH more comfortable. Interior design is excellent except for the extensive use of bright metal accents which should never be used in a convertible. Solved with matte black vinyl wrap. Infotainment system is an unmitigated disaster - it simply fails to work much too often, specifically Apple CarPlay works only about half the time, backup camera often fails to display, and sometimes the display shows nothing but "Loading Home." This should be simple to fix but local dealer refuses or is incapable of doing the right thing. This is a terrific $50K sports car; too bad it costs so much more. Reliability downgraded only because of infotainment problems. No mechanical issues.

Comfy seats, great legroom, turns lots of heads, makes me relax, by far the best value for my money, drives like a SPORTS CAR, COMPLIMENTS NON STOP, above all......NICE RIDE.....

I spend about $1000-$2000 each year on maintenance. One may consider that high, but I purchased a 911 C4S car for $35,000; the MSRP was $93,000 in 2004. The vehicle has appreciated since 2019, and now, with such a detailed service history over the years, it could sell for $40,000. So you either pay in depreciation or maintenance, and though I may be a stickler for maintenance, it keeps the value stable. I could have gotten a new Camry for $35,000, but it would be worth about $15,000 now and less fun. Next car I will jump up to a 2012 to 2015 Porsche. You can't go wrong if you get the right model, rare options, and even rare colors. Number one is having complete maintenance records; don't buy one without them.

Audi Kirkwood is absolutely amazing!! I've purchased about 12 cars in my lifetime, and this is by far my best experience overall. I felt appreciated, supported and cared for before, during and after my purchase. Not only did my salesperson work with me to get exactly the car I wanted, he answered all of my questions and was always available to help. The GM Neil has been incredible - he's one of those people you just know doesn't only care about the bottom line. He cares about his customers and his employees - I saw how well he treated everyone on his team, and that goes a long way with me. The entire vibe in their new beautiful showroom is just the best. Their finance manager was also the most helpful human being on the planet. She didn't try to oversell me with all the add ons, but helped me work through what would make sense for me (and I'm so happy I got the tire package because I've used it already in 4 months)! Amanda is one of a kind - you'd be lucky if you get to work with her! I will be going back to their dealership for years to come, and I hope this review helps you decide to as well.
