Purchased my vehicle 6/2/17 fr Cody. Came in today for oil change & warranty info for keys, dents, windshield repair. When purchasing a vehicle we tend to get starry eyed. After I checked my vehicle in to the service department for my scheduled oil change. I went looking for help on warranty info. The sales manager directed me to the warranty guy, who was happy to review my paper work and show me the information i was looking for. In turn I was able to show the service department the paperwork to get my replacement keys, dents/pings, and windshield repair work iniated. Ran in to Cody, he immediately knew who I was and sat and talked with me while waiting on my oil change and information to get my warranty work started. The service lady quickly cane back and noted the time of morning and the warranty company hadn???t opened. She verified my phone # and reassured me I would be hearing from her on how to move forward. Very satisfied with my purchase. Very satisfied with my return service. I would have preferred to have gotten further on my warranty items, but was satisfied on how it was handled. Will hold out further endorsements on warranty items based on easy of repairs/replacements. We all work hard for our money. I am a no purchase warranty person, no extended warranties, no tire, dents/dings, warranties. My husband insisted on purchasing. My husband dad, my father in law, always purchased from Star Chevrolet. So we will see. Based on our service so far from Star it looks like I may be wrong.
