Bought it new and have not had any warranty claims 40 k miles today. Family enjoys the comfort of the interior. Performance and fuel economy exceeded my expectation. I definitely would purchase again.

I was able to make an appointment on online that the dealership honored. I was able to test drive the car that I wanted. The staff was friendly and helpful. But mostly it was a good experience because they were honest with me. I did not end up purchasing from them yet, however, I would trust them in the future if I wanted to purchase a car.

Customer service was great! Everyone was very friendly , everything was nice and cleaned and smelled fresh! I enjoyed the fresh hot coffee and condiments that was included.

I can't thank the team at Westborn enough for the amazing service on my car! Have to say my experience at RHCJ was wonderful. My salesperson, Mike Bart, was great. Very helpful. Unfortunately, when my Jeep Grand Cherokee had a little over 6,000 miles on it, I was sideswiped & the car had to go into the body shop. Well, Traylene happened to be assigned to my account. She could not have been nicer. She kept me abreast of the progress of the repairs & stayed on top of things the entire time the car was in for repairs. Can’t say enough about the very positive experiences I’ve had with this dealership.

I recently bought a Chrysler Pacifica from Victory Motors. I had been shopping around and got sick of dealers always tacking on additional fees. I was able to come to an agreement on the phone (I live near Lansing) and when we got there, the Van was as described and John had all the paperwork ready to go. We were in and out in 30 minutes, less time than I spent at other dealers where I didn't buy a car. They made it very easy, would definitelty buy from them again.

This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.
