Took awhile to be acknowledged when I walked in. Proceeded to waiting lounge and it smelled musty and gnats drove me nuts (must be from the fruit in there). While waiting, I got a comedy show from the lady in the office directly across from waiting lounge. She spent almost 15 minutes applying make-up at her desk. Not a "cover my shiny nose" kind of thing. I mean, complete with make up mirror, travel case with make up, brushes, etc. And to watch her make facial contortions while applying make up and trying to decide what shade to wear...comical. Saturdays have always been standing room only when getting repairs or service. Lately, not so much. Hardly anyone. Other people also not so happy with dealership maybe? And I don't appreciate emails or texts about upcoming appts. Get on the d**n phone and CALL! Using emails and texts are not only lazy, but poor customer relations. I don't check emails until I get home from work so what good does that do to confirm or reschedule?
