Used 2021 RAM 1500 trucks for sale near Oxford, MI

Went for oil change for my 2019 ram 1500. As usual went flawlessly and quickly. The lounge is comfortable and covid compliant. 3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

I went in for an oil change and was on my way back home in no time. I appreciate the efficiency. The amenities were nice while I waited.

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

Victory Motors is Awesome! I started off having a bad day with Honda's service department, i won't mention which location. So I shopped around for a newer vehicle and ended up at Victory Motors Royal Oak. John picked up the phone when I called and he reeled me in! We bought the Laramie with the sports package and just love it! Also got the etorque, did not think we would like but love it too! The gas mileage has averaged around 20. Love the comfort, the amenities, everything about it, has been a pleasure.

We went to Feldman of highland to look for a use Traverse that would meet our our needs. Kirk in sales met us outside and asked if he could us, he did. Two days later he called us and told us about a beautiful Traverse 2022 that just came in as a lease turn in. That next day we signed papers for the Traverse. the 1500 ram with the diesel engine has tons of power and gets as good as 33 mpg on the highway, and 25 in town milage, the air ride is great also, love this truck

I went to Shea Buick GMC because their inventory of preowned vehicles had many selections of the models that met my needs as far as mileage, year of manufacture and price. I actually bought the vehicle I had been the most interested in since March. I made an appointment, the salesman met me at the door and had the vehicle I was interested in with the air running ready for a test drive. It was perfect! We added a tonneau to the package, agreed on a price for the trade-in and the purchase price for the truck I bought. We arranged for the insurance, the installation of the tonneau and for a pick up time at my convenience. All was done in a matter of 2 hours! Everyone I worked with was kind, focused and professional... the efficiency of the transaction speaks volumes to the dedication of Sheas' staff!

Scheduled a maintenance visit. I got there a little early and they got me I right away. The maintenance was finished in a timely manner while I waited.

She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.
