2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall

Cam was incredibly helpful in setting me up with a rental for the night and the service tech who started the repair late Thursday came in on his day off to finish the repair. I wasn?t thrilled with such a bill on a relatively new car, but Cam?s exemplary service resulted in a great service experience.

2023 RAM 1500 review
Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

My wife and I decided I needed a used car December 12th 2019 Sands was the only place we were going but didn't want to share that information when we walked in I guess sometimes you need to keep people guessing. You know my wife and I have bought many new cars and it was the keep you here for 6 hours,disappear with registration,we can't give you numbers unless you commit to buy game. Well completely different was greeted by Greg a salesman ask what I was looking for we told he he graciously walked outside started the car came back in gathered so simple information at this point they had our business didn't show hand just yet Greg stated car was warm we would all take a ride. Closing the deal was actually pretty fast he presented Matt the sales manager paperwork Greg came back and said car is yours ,I mean it wasn't longer then 3-5 minutes from when Matt ran my wife's credit we had decision with amazing intrest rate. We were passed on to Rose a real sweetheart who had the wonderful job of taking care of all the paperwork God Bless Her, we chose to add gap insurance and I think with used cars an extended warranty doesn't hurt either take it from me I always get used the wife gets new lol.Rose spent maybe 30-45 minutes if that and I walked around thanked Matt,and Greg for making this the best experience ever. My only regret is I didn't realize they had 3 lots until the following day with so many used cars I may have bought something different and spent more but I'm happy. To all who helped us have a blessed holiday and my wife and I will be back to trade her car in on a new one.

I went into the service center the other day and Megan came out of her office after hearing me tell someone that my tires were low and I couldnt find an air pump that worked anywhere and said I didnt call for an appointment. She said I can pull it around and put air in your tires for you. I have never had anyone be so responsive and helpful as she was. Good customer service like that is very hard to find. I had an accident and my vehicle was totaled. I had been looking for another Hyundai Santa Fe on the internet and saw that there was a Tuscon at the dealership I sent an email and it was answered almost immediately. I made arrangements to take a test drive and met Tom Caforio there. He allowed us to test the vehicle but it was not to our liking. Tom did not give up he asked us what our price range was and pointed out a number of vehicles in that range. I was looking over his shoulder at his list of used cars and saw a Grand Caravan that was right in the range. My wife and I test drove it and fell in love. It was great. The only problem was waiting for the insurance settlement. That was not a problem. they allowed us to hold the van with a hundred dollars. They set up the financing and even had their body man fix a ding in the rear bumper where the previous owner had backed into a post. We picked the van up on Monday and could not be happier with the customer service and the vehicle.
