Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Truck's fine and the price was honest, but the delivery got pushed twice because of something with the title from the previous owner. Three extra days of driving my brother in laws car. They were apologetic about it and it eventually sorted itself out. Would still shop here, jsut wanted to be accurate.

Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
One gripe and its a small one: the second key took almost two weeks to show up. They did call me when it came in and had it programmed while I waited, so fine. The buying part itself was easy, my salesperson let me take the Pacifica home overnight to see if the car seats fit the way I needed. That mattered way more than the key thing.

Very easy and friendly to deal with no problems. Definitely would recommend Chris M. GREAT GUY.
2026 RAM 1500 review
Swore off Mopar til Covid craziness started and ended up with a fourth gen Hemi. That was so good I had to get a 2026 with the 5.7. 13k miles on it in 8 months, it’s been fantastic. I wouldn’t buy anything else.

Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
My husband handles cars usually but he was deployed, so this was on me. I was nervous about it. The finance guy went line by line down the contract and answered the same question from me three different ways until I got it. Nobody sighed at me once. That's the whole review.
2026 RAM 1500 review
I have owned the Ford and GMC over the last 4 years. I purchased the 2026 Ram and was pleasantly surprised about the truck. Rides smoother, shifts better and preforms better than the other 2 rivals that I have owned. This truck has the straight 6 (Hurricane) that preforms better than the 5.0 Ford or the 3.0L diesel in the GMC. Smooth running with the best shifting 8 speed I have ever owned. Even better than my wife's Lexus. This truck even looks better than the other 2 rivals. Standard with heated seats and steering wheel, sliding back window, 12" screen and storage compartments in back floor board. Only only regret, I did not try the Ram earlier.

Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
I recently visited Scranton on Saturday April 18th for a family event and stayed with my sister in the hill section for the night. (I grew up in Scranton, so I'm there a lot) I was leaving early on Sunday morning April 19th - and decided to stop for gas before my return trip to Harrisburg, where I live. After filling up my tank, I got in the car - and started it up - and the wheel was locked or frozen. It wouldn't move at all. After researching google, chat gpt, my manual - the only option I had left was to call AAA and they ended up having to tow my 2023 JEEP Grand Cherokee to a JEEP dealership - so they dropped it off at your dealership. I was now stuck in Scranton for an extra day and missed work on Monday - nevertheless - I called your dealership first thing Monday morning and the girl who helped me - I forget her name - Jamie, Jeannie, was so very helpful, kind, respectful and told me a mechanic would call to get the story. Leon called me quickly and said - the garage was very busy with other vehicles and that he hoped to get to my JEEP later in the day. Finally at about 4pm - he called me and explained what happened - all computer software issues, vehicle under warranty - but he was great! Kept me in the loop throughout the day, she was wonderful - he was great! I just wanted to say those 2 employees kept me calm and not stressed or worried about my car. You just don't find great employees any more in the service industry ! Thank you ! - Mary Alice Gordon

Started my buying experience with a phone call and spoke with Bill Adams. Bill is friendly, professional and gave me much information over the phone. I received a trade in price after sending in information about my trade in. Bill got me the figure I was looking for on a new vehicle purchase. Never was there any pressure to make the deal. I purchased the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. The entire purchase was easy going and Bill Adams was very informative and professional. I recommend Bill Adams if you want a fair deal.
2026 RAM 1500 review
I use trucks plow , haul and tow... I've owned Ford's and GM trucks as well. While the Ford were good, I've experienced that the longer durability wasn't equal to MOPAR.. I was a GM person for many years and they definitely are not an option for me any longer. The GM's I've owned seemed lighter duty, failed more often than Ford and MOPAR. This is my third MOPAR truck. The past 2 have been very reliable, 300K 259k both still on the road . My new 26 Ram only has 2500 miles on this new truck so I'm reluctant to give it an overall rate of 5 , things Ive experienced thus far.. Performance: The std in line 6 has plenty of punch to it. Milage : Around town I'm getting 21.5 recently took it on a 380 trip ,26.9 MPG although RAM still has issue with its on board MPG calculator it stated 27.9 an error of ~ 4.7% which some may think is picky , I say come on fix it! GM and Ford have it dialed in . Fix it MOPAR. Interiors is well thought out super quiet , seats are very comfortable so traveling long distances is a great experience. I still dislike that one cant order a 8 foot box on a 1500. We will see how this $78K holds up in terms of durability.. Value wise I'm totally unhappy with all brands 78K is just out of line. But then again , lots of folks buy trucks and use them for cars so when demand goes up so do prices. Value wise they out of sync with the customer

Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
I dread two things in life: buying a cell phone and purchasing a car or truck. It’s usually a long, frustrating, drawn-out experience. But not this time. Tarrell Lowe at Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram completely changed that for me. From start to finish, Tarrell was amazing — kind, patient, knowledgeable, and truly helpful. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and surprisingly enjoyable. If you’re someone who normally dreads buying a vehicle, I can’t recommend Tarrell enough. He made purchasing my new vehicle a very positive experience, and that says a lot. Thank you, Tarrell!

Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Vehicle came out of detail with the inside of the windshield still streaky and one floor mat missing. Told them, they handled it in about fifteen minutes and found the mat in the back. Not a big deal, just wasn't a perfect delivery. Everything before that was easy and I got a fair price on my old Escape.
