Brought my Grand Cherokee in for a routine oil change which was completed promptly. It turns out I was overcharged for labor. I paid my bill and left. Before I even noticed the error, I was contacted, apologized to and a check was issued. In the past, prior to Mike Delsart?s appointment to Service Manager, it would have been like pulling hens teeth to get an error corrected. Since Mike has been on the job, service has reached a significantly higher level of quality. And, if there is a problem, Mike is always easily accessible to the customer to step in and solve the issue to our mutual satisfaction. Prior to Mike, things were bad and I was moving on to another dealership. His customer care brought me back and has me firmly grounded in the Gandrud customer base.
2026 RAM 1500 review
I have owned the Ford and GMC over the last 4 years. I purchased the 2026 Ram and was pleasantly surprised about the truck. Rides smoother, shifts better and preforms better than the other 2 rivals that I have owned. This truck has the straight 6 (Hurricane) that preforms better than the 5.0 Ford or the 3.0L diesel in the GMC. Smooth running with the best shifting 8 speed I have ever owned. Even better than my wife's Lexus. This truck even looks better than the other 2 rivals. Standard with heated seats and steering wheel, sliding back window, 12" screen and storage compartments in back floor board. Only only regret, I did not try the Ram earlier.

I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT front wheel drive 3.5 V-6. I brought it in for an excessive oil useage problem.(2 Quarts between changes). I have been to 4 other shops before Bergstrom Kaukauna, who did not take care of the problem. When I called Bergstrom Kaukauna, to explain my issue, Morgan from service was very helpful, and recommended a bg engine cleaning product with my next oil change. This took care of the problem. The huge computer screen in the center counsel was slow and unresponsive during the cold weather months. Actually, the computer screen is the only issue with the truck.

2026 RAM 1500 review
Swore off Mopar til Covid craziness started and ended up with a fourth gen Hemi. That was so good I had to get a 2026 with the 5.7. 13k miles on it in 8 months, it’s been fantastic. I wouldn’t buy anything else.
