Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
I dread two things in life: buying a cell phone and purchasing a car or truck. It’s usually a long, frustrating, drawn-out experience. But not this time. Tarrell Lowe at Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram completely changed that for me. From start to finish, Tarrell was amazing — kind, patient, knowledgeable, and truly helpful. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and surprisingly enjoyable. If you’re someone who normally dreads buying a vehicle, I can’t recommend Tarrell enough. He made purchasing my new vehicle a very positive experience, and that says a lot. Thank you, Tarrell!

My wife and I are beyond pleased with this company! Over the years, we've had a fantastic experience getting our Dodge repaired here, so we decided to explore their sales department. While the repair process took some time, we were assigned an account manager who kept us updated every step of the way. The sales process? Absolutely seamless! No pressure—just a team that genuinely works with you. I couldn’t be happier! A huge thank you to Kelvin, Ray, and Dan / Dan for all your help!

Have leased or purchased vehicles from Motorworld for last 20 years. Dealing with Ray Novak for several vehicles and Bud Macarey has always been a great experience. They have never steered me wrong and always provide service after the sale. My family purchased several vehicles from them this year and are very happy.

Started my buying experience with a phone call and spoke with Bill Adams. Bill is friendly, professional and gave me much information over the phone. I received a trade in price after sending in information about my trade in. Bill got me the figure I was looking for on a new vehicle purchase. Never was there any pressure to make the deal. I purchased the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. The entire purchase was easy going and Bill Adams was very informative and professional. I recommend Bill Adams if you want a fair deal.

Ray Price Auto Park Mt. PoconoReviews
Ray Price Auto Park Mt. Pocono review
I cannot speak any higher of my experience with the professionals at Ray Price Mount Pocono dealership. The customer service I received is some of the best I have experienced anywhere. I randomly chose Ray Price simply because they had a great selection of the type of used vehicle I was looking for; I wanted to avoid hopping from one place to the next. They were an hour away, but the drive was worth it to me. My buying experience went very smoothly – they made it stress-free and easy. I highly recommend working with Jimmy – he wasn’t there to sell me a car; he was there to help me find a car that would fit my personal needs and one that I loved while still staying within my budget. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, friendly and honest, and listened carefully to help make relevant recommendations. A bit of a twist… I had a problem with my vehicle when I took it home. If I had purchased from a private seller or one of those roadside car dealers, this story would not have had a good ending. However, both Jimmy and Brian (general manager) worked with me to make things right. They were extremely cooperative, helpful and respectful. The situation was examined thoroughly, and many fair options were offered and considered. It naturally took some time to work through the process, but Brian had great follow through in keeping in touch with me along the way. I am extremely pleased with the positive outcome and – long story short – very thankful I went to Ray Price Mount Pocono to purchase my vehicle. There is no doubt I will return when our family is in the market for another vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend this business!
2026 RAM 1500 review
Swore off Mopar til Covid craziness started and ended up with a fourth gen Hemi. That was so good I had to get a 2026 with the 5.7. 13k miles on it in 8 months, it’s been fantastic. I wouldn’t buy anything else.

Truck's fine and the price was honest, but the delivery got pushed twice because of something with the title from the previous owner. Three extra days of driving my brother in laws car. They were apologetic about it and it eventually sorted itself out. Would still shop here, jsut wanted to be accurate.

Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
One gripe and its a small one: the second key took almost two weeks to show up. They did call me when it came in and had it programmed while I waited, so fine. The buying part itself was easy, my salesperson let me take the Pacifica home overnight to see if the car seats fit the way I needed. That mattered way more than the key thing.

Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I expected a hard sales pitch, but the whole experience was actually pretty relaxed. The staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
2026 RAM 1500 review
I have owned the Ford and GMC over the last 4 years. I purchased the 2026 Ram and was pleasantly surprised about the truck. Rides smoother, shifts better and preforms better than the other 2 rivals that I have owned. This truck has the straight 6 (Hurricane) that preforms better than the 5.0 Ford or the 3.0L diesel in the GMC. Smooth running with the best shifting 8 speed I have ever owned. Even better than my wife's Lexus. This truck even looks better than the other 2 rivals. Standard with heated seats and steering wheel, sliding back window, 12" screen and storage compartments in back floor board. Only only regret, I did not try the Ram earlier.

Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Vehicle came out of detail with the inside of the windshield still streaky and one floor mat missing. Told them, they handled it in about fifteen minutes and found the mat in the back. Not a big deal, just wasn't a perfect delivery. Everything before that was easy and I got a fair price on my old Escape.

Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
My husband handles cars usually but he was deployed, so this was on me. I was nervous about it. The finance guy went line by line down the contract and answered the same question from me three different ways until I got it. Nobody sighed at me once. That's the whole review.
2026 RAM 1500 review
I use trucks plow , haul and tow... I've owned Ford's and GM trucks as well. While the Ford were good, I've experienced that the longer durability wasn't equal to MOPAR.. I was a GM person for many years and they definitely are not an option for me any longer. The GM's I've owned seemed lighter duty, failed more often than Ford and MOPAR. This is my third MOPAR truck. The past 2 have been very reliable, 300K 259k both still on the road . My new 26 Ram only has 2500 miles on this new truck so I'm reluctant to give it an overall rate of 5 , things Ive experienced thus far.. Performance: The std in line 6 has plenty of punch to it. Milage : Around town I'm getting 21.5 recently took it on a 380 trip ,26.9 MPG although RAM still has issue with its on board MPG calculator it stated 27.9 an error of ~ 4.7% which some may think is picky , I say come on fix it! GM and Ford have it dialed in . Fix it MOPAR. Interiors is well thought out super quiet , seats are very comfortable so traveling long distances is a great experience. I still dislike that one cant order a 8 foot box on a 1500. We will see how this $78K holds up in terms of durability.. Value wise I'm totally unhappy with all brands 78K is just out of line. But then again , lots of folks buy trucks and use them for cars so when demand goes up so do prices. Value wise they out of sync with the customer
