Big O Dodge of Greenville review
Was shopping for two models of cars after hours: a used Bronco or Renegade when noticed the Jeep Compass as even a better buy than the Bronco. There was only the one Renegade on the lot. Couple of days later greeted by Daryl Rutland offering several test drives of certified used Compasses pointing out each's differences, most slight but significant to me even color, but especially what 'certified' really means if made a selection. Liked what I was shown and decided to buy a newer like new certified vehicle than I originally had intended when just was looking on my own. Kept in contact on occasion with Daryl since purchase - he sold me on Big 'O Dogde's family owned image.

Don Edward best service rep I’ve ever dealt with. Has taken care of my problems two times quickly and efficiently. Even got my problem taken care of on a Friday afternoon!
2026 RAM 1500 review
I use trucks plow , haul and tow... I've owned Ford's and GM trucks as well. While the Ford were good, I've experienced that the longer durability wasn't equal to MOPAR.. I was a GM person for many years and they definitely are not an option for me any longer. The GM's I've owned seemed lighter duty, failed more often than Ford and MOPAR. This is my third MOPAR truck. The past 2 have been very reliable, 300K 259k both still on the road . My new 26 Ram only has 2500 miles on this new truck so I'm reluctant to give it an overall rate of 5 , things Ive experienced thus far.. Performance: The std in line 6 has plenty of punch to it. Milage : Around town I'm getting 21.5 recently took it on a 380 trip ,26.9 MPG although RAM still has issue with its on board MPG calculator it stated 27.9 an error of ~ 4.7% which some may think is picky , I say come on fix it! GM and Ford have it dialed in . Fix it MOPAR. Interiors is well thought out super quiet , seats are very comfortable so traveling long distances is a great experience. I still dislike that one cant order a 8 foot box on a 1500. We will see how this $78K holds up in terms of durability.. Value wise I'm totally unhappy with all brands 78K is just out of line. But then again , lots of folks buy trucks and use them for cars so when demand goes up so do prices. Value wise they out of sync with the customer

From my experience, Piedmont is your one place for buying or serving Jeep or Chrysler vehicles. Each team member is there to ensure you are taking care of quickly. Service after the sell is exceptional. Many times, they go above and beyond, by encapsulatating the experience with a car wash. As you step into either the dealership or Service, you are greeted with a smile. These days, it is nice there is one place you can always count on. Just like in the song I wrote "Lake Livin", I have found my place. Mr. TW Penland. Iva,SC

Friendly staff, great selection. Purchased a 2021 Tacoma in Voodoo Blue, hard to find color. Made it easy and I got a fair deal. I dealt with Daniel Black (General Manager) and he was friendly, direct, and been there a long time. Was out of there quick too

It’s all about Chris Watson. My experience with most dealerships has not been good, however,Chris made my stress level go way down yesterday by calling first thing in am, answering all my questions and concerns. He kept in touch all day either through phone or text and I appreciated that. And…… got my car back the same day. Just wanted to publicly thank him and the service folks involved.

Just bought our 14 vehicle from Piedmont CDJR this past Saturday. And just like buying the first vehicle from them, the buying process was fast, friendly and most of all fair. And the service after sale is also fast, friendly and fair. Do yourself a favor, come experience the car/truck buying experience from Piedmont CDJR like me and my family have. Even family from Florida have bought from Piedmont.

Ask for ANGELA. She was very helpful. Wasn't pushy, didn't felt pressure, the car had minor defects but she took care of it for me. Drove an hour and half away and she made it worth it. I would recommend Angela to anyone who does find a car that they like at this dealership. She is currently looking at another car for me and I can't wait till she does finds it if I don't find it first. ANGELA is your best friend there. Highly grateful for a first time buying experience. Thanks Angela.

Tina is THA BOMB!! Bought a truck from her and went back the next week and bought a car from her. She is the best!
2026 RAM 1500 review
I have owned the Ford and GMC over the last 4 years. I purchased the 2026 Ram and was pleasantly surprised about the truck. Rides smoother, shifts better and preforms better than the other 2 rivals that I have owned. This truck has the straight 6 (Hurricane) that preforms better than the 5.0 Ford or the 3.0L diesel in the GMC. Smooth running with the best shifting 8 speed I have ever owned. Even better than my wife's Lexus. This truck even looks better than the other 2 rivals. Standard with heated seats and steering wheel, sliding back window, 12" screen and storage compartments in back floor board. Only only regret, I did not try the Ram earlier.

There was no force sale Andrew Bruder was very professional and made me feel comfortable to buy my new truck.Aswell as talking to the rest of the Dodge team.Did a call back to see how things were going.Which showed me that the people at Dodge Greenwood really care about there clients to keep them happy in there new vehicle.Iwould recommend family and freinds to Greenwood Dodge as they ask about my truck. Thanks for helping me get in to my new Ram.
2026 RAM 1500 review
Swore off Mopar til Covid craziness started and ended up with a fourth gen Hemi. That was so good I had to get a 2026 with the 5.7. 13k miles on it in 8 months, it’s been fantastic. I wouldn’t buy anything else.
