Ken Ganley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Norwalk review
Service (oil change and tire rotation) was fairly quick (within the time frame they set) however you would think that a "dealership service" would include fluid check. Windshield wiper fluid was almost bone dry. Mind you, this was a very first 6000 mile service on a new vehicle. They couldn't take care of the recall either, "no parts"

Being an out of state buyer I was shopping on the Internet for a new truck , the salesman at Ken Gandly went out of his way to find me the truck I wanted ,he secured it from another dealership and delivered it and picked up my trade ,got a great deal , being from a different state the paperwork is a little more complicated, they seem to take care of that also

I have purchased many vehicles from Myers CDJR and have sent many family and friends there as well. They love dealing with Chad Myers and he treats them like family. Love the service department. David and Austin are wonderful to deal with when I have my vehicle serviced there.

We drove from Kalamazoo to look at a 2018 Truck. Busy dealership, but they made the trip worth the drive, and enough gas in the truck to make it back home and recommended The Speed Trap restaurant for lunch down the street. Also great service.......and food. Our salesman was Jake.
