I went in to this dealership to replace my old VW. I wasn't totally sure what exactly I wanted. I ended up dealing with Trent and this guy was a great help. He was super cool and patient with me as I looked and debated multiple different cars on the lot and gave me good honest advice as to what he thought I might like based on what I mentioned. Trent was not at all pushy and ultimately helped me find the exact right car for me. I could not be more excited! As for the rest of the team they were just as friendly and helpful. The next problem was my credit. Im a first time buyer with very little credit history. The team here worked very hard for me to get me approved with a much better rate than any other dealer could. At the end of the day, these guys just want to help you get the car of your dreams period. This was a great buying experience for me.
I worked with Travis Brown as my sales associate and he was absolutely amazing. He was very patient while I made my decision on the vehicle I chose. Jimmy was an amazing sales manager and was willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience with Grand Junction VW. Adam was my finance associate, he was so patient with explaining a lease and then watching me get cold feet and deciding to purchase a vehicle instead. This was the best car buying experience I have had. It was a no pressure situation and everyone there was just super patient and super friendly. You can tell that they really value their customers.
Dallas was fantastic to work with. Unlike most car salesmen, he was not pushy and understood that we wanted to shop around a bit. The car itself is fantastic, it was kept in pristine condition and just overall the experience was great and I'll absolutely try to buy from this dealer and, specifically Dallas, again.
We had a good experience, Chance was our salesman. He was very professional and patient with us. He found exactly what we wanted. He did most of it over the phone, the paper work was ready when we came in. Jeremy greeted us, and was very nice and professional. He was there to answer any questions that we had.
I was not impressed. They quoted me 8000 for the repairs on my car. I went and got a second opinion. They quoted me 2000. For the same repair and with a warranty.
Won't go there again to try to get my car fixed
Steve helped me find the Jeep I???ve been looking for over a year! He was very helpful as a first time buyer I was nervous but he made it very painless and easy. We will defiantly be going back to Steve for our next car next year!
I recently purchased a Jeep wrangler here and they really made us feel like we were appreciated. They showed us around each department and introduced us to people in each department that we could come to if we needed assistant in the future. Tortilla Murray really made the experience nice. It wasn't like several of the other dealership where it's very comparable to have your teeth drilled at the dentist's. It was a very friendly atmosphere. I will definitely return and suggest anyone looking for a new or used vehicle shop here.
We have now had eight different vehicles serviced by Grand Junction Chrysler Dodge Jeep. We have lived around the country from coast to coast and find/compare them to be very friendly and knowledgeable. We recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Challenger Hellcat from Grand Junction Chrysler Dodge Jeep which was facilitated by salesperson Lorinda Beckley. We had a wonderful experience even considering that we traded one of our collector vehicles toward purchase of the Hellcat. Lorinda was instrumental in making this a happy purchase transition and made us feel comfortable with the final transaction providing professional dialog and details regarding the purchase. Lorinda is very knowledgeable, capable in communicating and providing a great vehicle purchase atmosphere. She is a top performer based on our broad experience and should be in any other capacity she may be called upon.

Taking the time to thank the service dept. of Red Rock for servicing my car on a recall reg: my fuel tank. What impressed me the most I arrived for p/u of my vehicle and it was WASHED & Waiting for me! That say's a lot for going the distance to service a client. YES!
