Easy Purchase at a Fair Price with a Friendly Sales Rep

I bought my Hyundai Sonata in 2014. I worked with Karen Morrissey, who was very pleasant, helpful, patient, and not pushy. When I met her, she asked what I was looking for, had me test drive a few vehicles that fit my requirements, and let me make a decision without any interference. She gave me the space, time, and respect I needed to decide (although it was an easy one this time around). I never make a large purchase on a first visit, but I ended up buying my car that night. Why? Because Karen was great, the manager I met made it clear that they valued and wanted my business (through action and not some canned sales approach), and I got a great car at the price I wanted. I drove off with my vehicle that night. The whole process was smooth, from presentation, to negotiation, to trade-in, vehicle prep, and delivery. Karen sent a follow-up email shortly after to make sure I was happy, and she sends an annual email to check in. I would recommend Karen to anyone. It's difficult to find a kind and truly helpful salesperson these days, because they usually aren't respected and are forced to be pushy by managers and peers. So, when you come across a good one, you tend to appreciate the experience.
