Drove 250 miles to see a 2014 Silverado, the truck was everything they said it was. Worked with Brad Heard, very friendly and Knowledgeable. I don't know how he could have made the process any easier, I would and will recommend him to anyone. Well worth the drive.
I had a very positive experience in buying my truck from Lenz's, great pricing, professional staff, and friendly people. I also had Lenz install some accessories on my truck and found the Service Department to be great. Nick Durkee has been totally outstanding. We also had them do a complete brake job on my wife's Jeep. Their pricing was very competitive with other estimates we received, they treated my wife with complete respect, and gave her the use of a loaner vehicle while hers was being worked on. I have already, and will continue to recommend their dealership and service department to anyone.
The woman I left my Honda Fit with in the Service Bay was extremely helpful. She let me borrow a vehicle to do errands while waiting for the passenger side air bag to be replaced and for them to conduct a complete diagnostic of the air conditioning unit to determine why it wasn't working all summer. Although she tried calling me to let me know the cost of fixing the air conditioning unit, which consisted of (replacing the Freon, would be the same as the cost of the diagnostic and couldn't get in touch with me, she made a wise choice in determining that I would choose to replace the Freon this time rather than having to return and end up being charged double. She deserves this praise and probably a raise.
My first vehicle I went through GM. Amber set me up with great information then set me up with an appointment to meet with a sales rep. Austin was the sales rep who found me the best vehicle for me! Great experience
Excellent store to shop a vehicle from. Super relaxing an not tense at all. They actually let you breathe when buying a vehicle. Also helps out if something is wrong with the vehicle they will fix it without a problem. You give them respect they will respect you back an than some!
I purchased a new Ram 1500. Most of the transaction was handled via emails and a few phone calls. Drove 5 hours to pick up the vehicle. It was very clean and exactly what we discussed. No runaround and a very good price.
Your service department was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was 300 miles from home deer hunting when my Ram broke down. Your service department took care of me, set me up with a loaner vehicle, and had me back in my Ram by the end of the day. Thank you so much!!! Your service department is truly the best.
