We felt comfortable through the whole process. Rich in sales did a great job and the gentleman in finance did as well. All questions were asked. We didn't feel the usual anxiety when buying a car.

Very roomy on the interior with great interior and exterior design. Lots of power, handles all terrain well and excellent on mpg for its size.

We did not get the car we went to dealership for, it had sold. But after a discussion with sales they brought us out a great little suv we bought and like a lot. Thanks so much Brad.

The emission's system is a mess on this year truck. It has been in the shop a dozen times or so for exactly that. not withstanding that even when I have trouble with a code for emissions the truck has never missed a beat. Runs great, drives great super tough truck to have.

Everyone was so great! We got the pleasure to work with Manny in sales and Brandon in finance which we ended up purchasing a 2026 Chevy equinox and we couldn't have wished for a better experience! Manny and Brandon both were so informative and we really appreciated that they were not pushy on anything. We will definitely be back for all of our future vehicle purchases.

This truck was great for around the house use but was even better for taking the camper and family on trips out west. Good power and dependable.

My tire light lit up on Friday evening. I drove it to the Lexus dealership early Saturday morning. The service rep, Cisco was very professional and courteous. He expedited the service on my car. I was very happy at how quickly the service department was able to take care of this issue. Great job, guys!!!!

Bought the truck for hauling and towing heavy trailers and it does the job perfectly .... performs the task of towing with little effort.... the 5.7 hemi is a great engine

He made sure that my family is comfortable while going through the process and paperwork. He made us feel comfortable and at ease. This was the best car buying experience I have had. I have bought 3 used cars within this last year and I also bought one in 2022. I ended up at Auto Trademark because my 22-year-old Honda Accord was kaput. Auto trademark was a relaxed environment from the start. We test drove the 2013 BMW 535i drive with the sports package. We liked it but the A/C on passenger vent didn’t seem cool enough. Z offered to get that checked out and fixed. They also said we could but use a check from my HELOC, no high-pressure sales job for warranties or financing (which adds hours to the transaction and makes you feel exhausted). When I picked up the car after they fixed the A/C, I asked why this particular car had no floor mats (which they noted right away at the test drive), Farhan said they had wondered that too, and immediately offered to order replacement mats. I was thrilled. It was such a good experience and the price was reasonable. I’ll note that I didn’t negotiate, and the posted price on CarGurus was the $1,000 less than what I was charged because they note in the ad that it is listed assuming a military discount. But I had read that in the ad, so it was OK for me. I would recommend this auto dealership to anyone who is in the market for a nice used car and wants a positive buying experience.

Nice guys. They showed me their prices and fees. The test drive process was incredibly simple. Almost too easy. When it came time to start the buying process I didn’t understand all the fees and more fees that changed the price of a 2011 Camry from 10,900 to up around 13,000. I appreciate they gotta make a living and they’re a little shop…but I’m little too. I ultimately didn’t buy, but like I said, nice guys and way easy process to test drive a vehicle.
