I have to say that each and every time I visit Lithia CJDR of the Tri-Cities is ALWAYS a Pleasant Experience. The Service Dept; Oscar, Dexia, Austin, and Miguel, are always pleasant, they always greet us and remember us as we bring in our vehicles for their regular maintenance. Sales Dept; Lolo Lopez; BEST D--- Salesperson We have ever met. (My husband and I have purchased 25 vehicles thru the last 40 years) Lolo is and will be the only Salesperson we will recommend to any one who asks! He is not pushy, not annoying, nor is he a hoverer. Lolo is very amicable and a down home person. Sales Finance: Brian and Ivan, very conscientious and caring during our interaction of signing of contracts and going over the financing. Brian and Ivan called me the very next day to see if everything was going well with my new vehicle and if I had any concerns. I did have a couple of concerns relating to the charging of the vehicle (not related to them or Lithia).They listened to my concerns and were able to offer suggestions. Over all, Lithia of the Tri-Cities have loyal customers indefinitely.

And I wanted to let everyone know that Bud Clary R j's service manager emailed the owners and the owners are self-employed clearly approved to fix my vehicle. I just want to be telling every one. Thank you. And how much I appreciate everything they've done. They're awesome. They're great. They will work with you. Don't judge by others judge by your own. And the owners, I hope you're reading this and I want you to know how much Joe and I appreciate everything you guys have done. You don't know how much it means to us. We've had the worst luck with vehicles, and this just done it in until I got the call this morning on Wednesday, the th of September that they are gonna fix it. It's in Longview servicing Bud Cleary there, they're gonna get it back together and back up and running and over to me ASAP.
