I was heading home on a Sunday morning from vacation, when my Jeep wouldn't shift into 2nd gear. I live in Milwaukee, and had to leave it at the Eagle River Dodge dealership. I worked with Ed and Bill at the dealership who truly made this a seamless process for me. Especially, since I live five hours away. Over a weeks time I was in contact with Ed and Bill.
