It works when both parties are equally happy! Smooth transaction took a little longer than it should because finance still uses paper instead of electronic.

Courtesy responded immediately to my request on a Sunday, and the purchase experience was painless. My wife and I went in on Monday to pick up the car and were done in about an hour which included a test drive. I highly recommend this dealership if you?re looking for a quality deal on a vehicle.

Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Fiat of Winter Haven review
Great place to purchase a vehicle. I purchased a Grand Wagoneer and the salesman knew the features of the car and answered all our questions. Very professional staff here. Professional and they made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Service was fabulous also. I drove 3 hours to get here and it was well worth the extra time and money. 8 dealers in my area didn’t know the car or it’s features, and told me that it only came in black or white. There loss. Winter Havens gain.

We purchased a 2005 PT cruiser which just wasn't running right. We took it to Thunder Chrysler for repairs. It took three visits to the service department, a lot of perseverance and a lot of detective work, but they got it fixed and running right. Very satisfied. Thank you.
