Everyone was cheerful and friendly. Our sales agent, “Big Mac” was courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy. He took the time to explain all aspects of the car we were interested in and worked hard to meet our budget (and succeeded!!). He even filled the tank full. The little extras were so fun. Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

I only dealt with salespeople on phone. He was prompt at responding to my phone calls and answering my questions.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. He is an honest, no-nonsense, no pressure, type of guy and a great representation for Troncalli. Overall experience was good. Salesman very knowledgeable. My only complaint was that the interest rate was one point higher than expected but no one called to inform me. The finance manager said that the lower rate wasn?t offered on the model I was buying and that the salesperson was mistaken. At the time, it made me wonder if anything else was different than anticipated but everything else went smoothly.

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.
