This was my second time around purchasing a car with Mr. Yarbough and I will love to state that he did a phenomenal job once again. I loved this truck except for the pain of so many recalls. I had no issues up to about 50,000 miles and since that time have spent in excess of $7500 dollars on several different items. I now have 71,000 miles o it and I'm looking to sell it before the next big repair. Oh and don't run too low on fuel because you may not be able to put fuel in the tank because of filler tube failure. ($650 for that little repair)

I have pulled a 14000 pound RV without any issues. It handles well and is more comfortable than my car. I had one issue when I first got it (a pin hole in something) and it was quickly fixed. It is 3 years old, I have 64,000 miles on it. Most of those are from towing. Towing gas mileage is around 9 but, normal mileage in city and hwy is aroud 20. I have gotten 25 before, when I keep my foot out of the accelator.

Tyler Grant could not have made buying a new car any easier! I did NOT want to go through the process of buying a new car and had put the decision on hold for 3 years - with each time I started the process being cumbersome (dealing with other dealerships) I was not encouraged to move forward. Then I met Tyler... I came in at a recommendation through JR in the service department, early on a Saturday morning and immediately felt supported by Tyler to start the buying process. I knew what I wanted and Tyler made it HIS mission to find it for me. Then we were off for the test drive... it was love... As the owner of a 2005 Jeep I was already sold on the brand - but the models have changed a bit in 13 years. Tyler explained all the changes that Jeep had gone through and I felt more informed in my decision (even though I did not pass the Jeep trivia questions...lol). From the test drive to the financing Tyler was by my side the whole way - EVEN when another client of his came in to buy his new truck (3rd one from Tyler specifically) - Tyler never made me feel like he wasn't there to help if I needed it. When all was said and done Tyler and I made a deal to meet back up on Wednesday to pickup the new ride and off I drove in my 2005 dreaming of the new features in the 2018. SURPRISE - the guys at Troncalli made it THEIR mission to get me the car 4 days early! A quick text from Tyler 5 hours later started with "do you want to come get your new car today? :-)" We jumped up, drove up to Troncalli and there she was... Did I mention they close at 6pm and Tyler stayed after to go through all the bells and whistles on my particular model... 1.5 hrs after closing and he was still the perfect person to work with. Thank you Tyler... you made me not hate the process of buying a new car... still don't like paying for one, but I would work with you again in a HEARTBEAT. Thank you JR for the referral - I owe you.

Went from a 2011 F150 3.5 EcoBoost to a 2016 Ram 2500 5.7 SLT. Wanted more power and better towing capacity that still had a decent 4x4 capability. Was not disappointed. Has pretty basic interior but then again its made for work. Speakers are amazing and stock wheels are good on highway but if you want to go off road id recommend upgraded suspension and some better tires. Gas milage isn't the best but then again when you buy a HD truck you know what you're signing for. Im very pleased how this truck is working for me and i plan on installing aftermarket trinkets every so often.

Not one, not two??? Yes THREE! Who???s is this woman? I love to drive, I love my Mini, and I love to drive my Mini to the tune of about 25,000 miles per year. It was a bright, sunny day and time to Visit Mall of Georgia Mini for my second service. For normal people this service would occur around year number two of ownership ??? but not this Motorist. Kaylee greeted me with a firm handshake and a smile. Yes it???s ME and I am back again. It???s almost like she knew what I wanted before I knew??? Really, I am just here for service and admiring the new Mini models; and yet I found myself - willingly - on a test drive and really enjoying myself. After about 3 hours of running this lady in circles I stuck to my guns - ???Just say no, Just say NO??? - and I drive away with the same Mini I drove in with. I think this was all part of Kaylee???s plan. Once I arrived at home I just can???t help myself, and I send Kaylee a message ??? ???If you have a convertible in British Racing Green I???ll take it???. Did I really just say that?? Of course I sent a list of additional - ridiculous demands - and my ???Wish Upon A Star??? payment - no way anyone is agreeing to this Mini extortion list. 24 hours later I am sitting at Kaylee???s desk signing for my brand spanking new, British Racing Green Convertible Mini Cooper! Who is this woman? I tried to resist, I even said NO ??? and yet Kaylee somehow managed to maneuver around all my objections and deliver the next Mini Love Affair of my life. Happiness - ???Sigh??? Seriously folks ??? Take it from this Car Guy and Mini Maniac ??? Rick Hendrick is a good man which is why I choose to buy from his dealership. Was a devotee to Ford. Owned 4 heavy duty trucks in last 15 years. Last one was traded for the 6.4L 2500 crew. This truck kicks. Towing a 5th wheel and boat combo no complaints. Plenty of power and handling is surprising. In the good way. Even my wife loves this truck, she wasn't happy with the others. Lumberwagons is what she called them. Enjoys driving even with the 5er and boat behind. Fuel mileage has been 14.8 combined city highway. Towing 9 to 11.9 depending on grade, wind, etc. 4x4 handles off road great.

This is my honest review, i haven't been paid or coerced, Lol. The customer service here SERIOUSLY impressed me!! My experience with Marietta Auto Sales started with my test drive with Anthony (Hayes). He was super friendly and personable and answered all my questions about the 2013 Nissan Altima Coupe I wanted to purchase. He wasn't pushy or car salesy, just cool and patient. I did a test drive right before leaving for a week-long vacation and, unlike every SINGLE other car dealership I visited before my vacation, Anthony didnt call and text me 50 million times a day bugging me about when I'd come back in. He respected my time and didnt push. When I came back, I requested a pre-purchase inspection, brought it back, and there was a small hiccup but Anthony was out sick so i spoke with another salesperson who turned me ALL THE WAY OFF with his indifference and lack of good customer service. Like, I told him to give me my check back and was prepared to walk out. Luckily, I was able to speak with Sedric, the business manager, before i left and he addressed my concerns calmly and patiently. He could tell I was frustrated and really wanted to keep my business, which I appreciated SO MUCH. After that, the process of buying was incredibly smooth. Sedric promised to take care of the inspection issues personally, and have the car ready the very next day (today). He did exactly what he promised he would do, with the BEST attitude and customer service. I was ON FIRE when I sat down at his desk and he didnt even break a sweat, lol. (I HIGHLY recommend speaking with him if you run into any problems.) Picked up the car the next day, Anthony was back and got me in and out. I expected to be in the dealership forever, but he took care of my financing, kept the energy upbeat, answered every single one of my 7.8 million questions, and made sure I got exactly what i wanted. Communicative and funny and well-informed. Go straight to HIM when you go there, he's gonna take the best care of you. :) There was a small glitch in the process, but the way these guys turned a potentially bad experience around deserves 10 BIG STARS! Car buying is crazy stressful but I definitely made the right choice coming here, despite some of the bad experiences of others.

Great service, but I???m disappointed in that my battery failed after 7 months of a 30 month warranty. The dealer replaced the battery at no cost excepting a labor charge of $25. Since the battery was defective and I paid for the initial installation,I feel this to be unfair. It was a GM battery under warranty and I should not reasonably anticipate incurring a labor expense on a virtually new battery. I???m a long time customer and enjoy the relative comradely of a long-time relationship. It???s a wonderful service department. I???ll likely be a customer until I no longer can operate a vehicle. Thanks for listening. Ê

I think I made a great decision to buy from Evolution. These guys are just not professional at point of sale but even after making a sale. I bought a black exterior car at night time and missed few minor scarthes and my tire light pressure light on. I spoke to Sunny (Who is amazingly helpful) who directed me to Damian (again extremly helpful) who went well and beyond and make sure I was Happy !! Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I’ll be honest, when I first walked in, the first person I dealt with was not my cup of tea, but once someone noticed my frustrations, their entire team rallied around me and my family to make sure I had a positive experience and we were completely blown away by the professionalism of their team. Just to give you some back story - I was in an accident and needed to replace my vehicle. The rental I had was a brand new Jeep and so my mind was set on just that. I went to EIGHT car lots within about 30 hours. The whole experience was exhausting. I dealt with SO many ammeters - uneducated, impersonal, and otherwise. Finally, I found almost the exact car that I had initially wanted on Car Gurus and so I drove from ITP up to Palmer. My parents followed me up and happened to blow a tire along the way. Being that it was a Sunday I was worried we’d get there too late to finalize anything same day. When I arrived, as I mentioned, there was a bit of runaround with the guy who’d originally took my call, however, James (and really the entire team) very quickly took charge of the situation. They were able to find two of the cars that fit my expectations and got them both up to the front for me to view. I had already spent my weekend test driving, so once I saw the interior packages, I had my pick of the two, took it for a lap and then sat down for negotiating. Out of every lot I went to this weekend, James brought me the BEST price I’d seen all weekend AND it was for a vehicle that had a better package than any of the others I looked at. Also, this dealership is great in the sense that their first offer is a good offer and they don’t waste your time. Once we told them what we had and could walk out comfortably with, we spent about 20 minutes finalizing everything and I walked out with a brand new car that perfectly fit my budget. They were nice enough to throw in a few other signing incentives (but I won’t share those here ��) AND James personally filled up my parents tank so that they could head back to Nashville. All of this (including financing + pictures) took about 2.5 hours total. Honestly, you cannot best that!! Again, I am beyond impressed with this team, the service, and the dealership in general. My parents plan on coming back to buy a car from this lot and I will be sending all my friends to them moving forward. HIGHLY recommend these guys!

Well, if I am completely honest I do NOT like buying cars. The main reason is the salesmen/women that come along with the process. BUT Ramone and Bonnie at Hayes Auto in Gainesville were amazing! They make me want to go and buy another car!! So here is the story: I own a business (start date Feb. 2017) I do not have a lot of cash...none really. So I went to MY bank and got 100% financing through my business. When I called the dealership and spoke to Ramone he did mention that he could probably get me a better rate but I said, "No, I have financing. It's done. I just need to find a truck, please don't ask to run my credit." He said, "Ok, when can you come down?" I was almost 2 hours late. I called and texted him that I was running late, he was cool. When we got there the EXACT truck I wanted was there ready for a test drive at the EXACT price I had seen it for online!!! PERFECT!! If I had been a little more prepared I could have taken the truck home that evening but I wasn't sure if the truck I wanted and called on would actually be there. Now, this is the dealership I am going to for my next car...just awesome.

This is the 2nd car that I have bought from this dealership and I couldn't be more pleased! Everyone is so helpful from the minute you step in the door. From the service area, where I inquired about a special deal that I saw, I was led to Larry, who is amazing! He was so personable and knowledgeable - he guided me through the process by explaining each step very thoroughly and I had no surprises, not even that he found the perfect car for me! I HATE car dealerships! With that being said we had the most amazing buying experience with this dealership! When we first entered the dealership we were quickly greeted by an employee named Kervin (sp?). He was a very nice young man who was new to the auto industry and was polite and professional. After a test drive they quickly appraised our vehicle to see where we were on the numbers. Shortly thereafter we were handed off to Shaun Wilhelmi who spent an entire week helping me sort through multiple vehicles in multiple locations along with coordinating multiple test drives. When I say this man has the patience of a saint I'm not kidding! I am a very high strung, high maintenance buyer and he never once appeared annoyed or frustrated at my constant text messages and phone calls. He even went so far as having a conference call with my husband and myself at 10 pm one night because my husbands work schedule is so hectic! Again he had nothing but a smile in his voice and never once appeared annoyed. He told us multiple times throughout the week that if it takes us a month to find a car that's fine with him because he wanted us to come back and buy from him again! Zero sales pressure! After going back and forth for a week we decided on a 2016 Lexus GX460 with only 2000 miles on it! It came time for financing and there was a bit of confusion regarding our trade in and financing options changed at the 9th hour. I knew the deal was over because it was a very complicated credit matter. I was shocked when after waiting 45 minutes Shaun Wilhelmi came out and said "we got the deal"! Pleasantly surprised the interest rate was 2 points LOWER than initially quoted thanks to the magic powers of the rockstar finance guy Shawn Phillips! Shawn P was also great comedic relief during an otherwise stressful time signing loan papers!!! Last but not lease Danny (sales manager) was very involved in the entire transaction and did everything he could to win our business including a "we owe" for a trailer hitch install on the new SUV. I can't say thank you enough to this fine group of folks. We have spent years working with a dealership down the road but I can tell you from here on out we will only deal with ALM for future purchases and we will tell all of our friends, colleagues and family to do the same! I would totally vote Shaun W. employee of the year!

I purchased my Jeep here & the service levels have always been great. Everyone is professsional & is quick to help. I brought the Jeep in for an oil change (which was covered under warranty) & asked for a tire rotation which was a little pricey ($29) & to change the air filter ($50!). $50 for an air filter change is too much for a product that costs $18 and took me, someone with an average level of car exp, around 15 minutes to change it myself. Which I happily did. Main point is that I would absolutely return to purchase another vehicle here in the future but once the warranty expires y???all have to have competitive prices for me to bring the Jeep for normal maintenance service. I get it, your a dealership, but maybe some costs need to be reviewed/adjusted in order to bring in more regular maintenance customers.

I purchased new a 2016 Ram 2500 with the appearance package in the Laramie trim. I bought at 4th of July when there was a total of 15k rebates. I paid 57k for a 72k list vehicle. It is equipped with the legendary Cummins motor This truck is like driving your couch down the road. I have not even come close to really taxing it’s capabilities. I have only towed up to approximately 15k with a 32ft V nose. I made a trip from WA-AZ-WA it pulled like a dream. I won’t say it did not notice the trailer but the only difference I noted was just an increase boost pressure while towing. I did average 15mpg and this truck is stock. No loss in performance and while towing holding 75 up the grades was no issue. Also I can not even begin to explain how amazing the exhaust brake performed. I don’t think I even used my brakes on down grades except for when other vehicles cut in front of me. There is no better truck made in my opinion. To be fair I was bitten twice by Ford on the 6.0 and then on the 6.4. I was not about to be a guini pig again on the 6.7. I will say this truck is better in every way than the previous trucks HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We were out shopping for a replacement Honda Odyssey after our 2006 Odyssey was involved in an accident and was a total loss. When we arrived on the lot, we were greeted by Mark Olson. We explained what happened and what we were looking for. We also let him know that we had no idea what our price point would be as we hadn't heard from the insurance company. Mark brought us a 2007 Odyssey to look at, but it had too many miles for us. He then suggested a 2012 that they had. We thought it might be too expensive, but he suggested we just take a look. He brought it up to us and it was a really nice vehicle. We examined the vehicle's equipment, then Mark and I went out on a test drive. It seemed to run and drive very well. We noticed the van didn't have a roof rack and Mark checked with the guys inside and said it wouldn't be an issue to get it installed at ALM. We continued shopping around and just couldn't find a better deal or always had someone trying to convince us to go for a different vehicle because they didn't have what we wanted. Finally we hard back from the insurance company and called Mark to make sure the van was still there. It was and he put it in back for us. The actual sale of the vehicle was pretty easy and didn't take as long as it has in other dealers and we drove it home on a Sunday. After having it a couple days, we noticed a few things that needed some attention and we were working to get the roof rack installation scheduled. Mark said that we should bring the van back in and they will go through it and fix anything that's wrong. We dropped it off on May 31st in the morning to Mark & Nathan and picked it up at 5pm. The roof rack was installed, the tires were replaced, the oil change was done, the brake rotors resurfaced and new pads. I'm real happy with what Mark and ALM have done. When it's time for me to replace my car, I know that I will check with ALM and see what they have. Thanks so much guys!

Amazing truck. Towed great and is comfortable on long trips!! Highly recommend. Has tons of storage and plenty of foot and leg room. The 8ft bed in my opinion is a must have and glad I have it!!

I have shopped for cars in a variety of ways in the past (that CAR place with a MAXimum amount of cars, dealerships, etc...), but I will NEVER go back to those other ways again. This truly was the most transparent way to do business and should be a model of how we can successfully run our own businesses by allowing passionate and knowledgeable people into the correct positions to succeed. Here is our story: We were greeted promptly when we entered the show room. From past experiences, this would have been a dread as often on a car lot, you feel like a meal to the vultures, but they just wished to know what you'd like to do (buy, trade-in, just look around, etc...). They then pair you with a salesperson. We were fortunate enough to have Sam Hackett in sales to help us throughout the process. He educated us in how best to use Off Lease Only so that we get exactly what we set out to find. He showed us the transparency the owners want buyers to have (they provide not only carfax, but a third party company called 360 to let you know about any work done on a vehicle, as well as any accident details that could help make your decision better). He was patient and allowed us plenty of time to view the vehicles with him nearby, but not standing right next to us to eavesdrop like so many past salesmen have done at other companies. He graciously answered all of our questions and for the few he didn't know, he got us contacts to get the answers we sought. Along the process, we also met Chad Wickline, one of the Managers who was courteous and willing to chat for any length of time that we needed. We also met another manager, Gil Amir who sat in the car with us and helped us figure out all the buttons as there have been many advancements added to cars since our last purchase almost a decade ago. Never once did I feel like they were rushed to speak to the next person and we even got to know them as people a little more through the conversations we had. As we are a couple with younger kids, they could relate to what we were asking about due to their own experiences and it made for a very enjoyable overall experience. Our test drive was great! Sam said if we wanted him to, he would ride with us, but if we chose to, we could test drive alone. We loved being able to choose our own options as opposed to feeling as though we were being supervised the entire time. Due to our own timing, we even had to leave before the purchase to pick up our daughter from daycare and they helped us start the paperwork process and then let us go in the middle to complete this task. When we returned, there was Sam ready to say hi and help us reach the finish line. We spoke with Will Huffman in finance who was pleasant and transparent, as well as willing to listen to what we wanted, as opposed to trying to make us do something we didn't feel like signing up for. I could see this process taking some people only an hour or two from start to finish if they know how to use their system properly and know exactly what they want. We required more time than most to make our decision and to complete our extra tasks, but never once did we feel rushed. Sam was with us from 12:30 when we arrived, through 8 pm at night. I know not everyone always believes these reviews are true online, but I assure, this one is. Today they made a lifelong purchaser and client and you better believe I will be letting anyone know that is looking for a car that the best place to start (and finish), is Off Lease Only!

This truck is amazing, drives very well, handles great for a big truck, and has all the little features i care for. ONLY reason my overall is not 5 stars is because it is a gas guzzler. Driving extremely slow is the only way i could average over 12mpg. Besides that, i love this truck, and i have purchased the Mopar Lifetime Care since i plan on keeping it a LONG time.

I went in on Saturday May 27 2017 looking for a used truck to use with my new business..I was lucky enough to have an awesome salesman in Jody Wardlaw..we must have looked at 4 or 5 trucks and drove nearly every one of them until we came upon the 2015 Ram 1500 that fit my needs.Jody was very patient and helpful..he wasn't pushy at all..The finance manager John Quante was very nice and helpful with my 3 children (who had gotten fussy because they were getting hungry)..he even had a pizza delivered to our house for when we arrived back..basically unheard of..I must say this was the best buying experience I've ever had in my 15 plus years of buying vehicles...I would highly recommend these guys

The price exceeded our expectations! The Dodge dealership was a disappointment.. they ran our credit before we even made a commitment to purchase... it was a learning experience and a huge disappointment! Will never buy from Kona Auto Center!
