2022 RAM 2500 review
I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North by Ed Morse review
Quick, professional and painless. Brad responded very quickly to my request for info, then had Mark pick up my wife and I, living an hour away from the dealership, in the car I was interested in. Everyone in the process was professional and down-to-earth, whether it was Brad, Mark, Shawn or anyone else my wife and I encountered. By the way, I had requested info from a dealership in my local area as well. Brad responded, they still haven't... Their loss, they should have their own Brad, Mark and Shawn. Many thanks for a great experience 👍
2021 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. It pulls my ‘26 foot toy hauler trailer like it was nothing. I can recommend this truck for anything you might want to pull. See Bret Davis for a deal on your new Ram.

Great communication asking questions and aim to please their customers. Quick service and nice clean area while you wait. Parts desk has lots of after market goodies.
2024 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck used from the dealer. It was used as a rental and had 49,000 miles. The interior was like new. The exterior had normal wear as a truck would. The dealer did paint touch-ups for me, which was extremely nice of them. We had been working together for months to get me into the right truck. The first week I had it, I drove it a few hundred miles over the weekend to pick up my 30-ft travel trailer, and it pulled it home with no issues. Great power, everything worked as it should with no problems whatsoever. It is still working and running great. No matter what vehicle you buy, used or brand-new, it's not perfect. Sometimes you get lucky. I have had vehicles that are lemons, and one like my Ford Explorer Sport that ran great for over 20 years. Hopefully, this RAM will do the same.

Pulled thru as I only had 30 minutes to look before appt and saw Truck I liked. Told Ben price and what I wanted for my trade in as I wanted low pressure in and out fast. He did that exactly and I was back in and out in hour. Took longer to transfer items from my truck to new Truck. Ben was great listener and did Great Job!! Well worth the visit!! Satisfied!!

2025 RAM 2500 review
Extremely comfortable for a 6'4" 240 lb. driver, even after hours of driving. Lots of power...good economy for the hp (unless pulling a trailer)...like the upgraded big screen and navigation software on the Big Horn. Good ride for a HD 2500. Great turn radius.

Glenn Polk Autoplex CDJR review
They say that when something is meant to be it will happen in just the right moment. I was searching for a new car that would fit my budget, fit my family and be something I would enjoy. During the process I had saved several vehicles to come back and look at more in depth to find one that would check all of the boxes even if it meant driving to get it. I got a notification that a Durango I looked at had a price change, so I reached out to the dealership because it put the vehicle within reach of my budget. They got me in touch with Paul and I asked if there was any way that he could send me some pictures because there were only 2 pictures in the listing. He let me know that pictures had just been taken that morning, but he would also take a few others and text them to me. The car was exactly what I needed, but with the final numbers in place we were going to be a tad over my budget. Thankfully they were able to work with me to get the out the door price in my budget and even arranged to have it delivered to me the next day 4 hours away. Paul let me know that I had the option to decline the purchase if I had any concerns with the vehicle and the driver was great about working with me so that we could do the delivery during my lunch break. Over the years I have purchased several vehicles, but this was by far the best experience even in the midst of them working my deal while experiencing computer issues. The professionalism and courtesy from the team was so much more than I expected after experiences with other dealerships. Thank you to everyone that helped make my deal possible and in my driveway without making me stress the drive to pick it up with 5 kids in tow.

Excellent online service at the beginning to a smooth painless quick delivery at arrival. Joel and Liz performed flawlessly and Cobey filled in valiantly. Would definitely drive the 6 hours again for another purchase.
2023 RAM 2500 review
I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North by Ed Morse review
Freedom Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM North is an amazing place to buy a vehicle. We arrived about noon & our Salesman was Jason ‘Bird’ Hiberd, who turned out to be the Salesman everyone should have..he pulled out the Jeep we came to see, answered all our questions & then allowed us to make up our own minds without being pushy..once we made the decision, the rest was easy..all the salesmen were so nice while we waited for the paperwork..by the time we drove away (in our new SUV) Jason had made sure all was good & ready to go…We will recommend Freedom CDJR NORTH to all our family & friends!..Thank You Jason for making this such a pleasant experience!..Donna & Richard West

2022 RAM 2500 review
We wound up taking our 22 ram 2500 cummins over Sonora Pass due to a computer routing error(no signs either). This was while hauling a 13,000lb. 5th wheel. Tranny got hot pulling up the east side but cooled right back down after 15 minute stop.. Brakes overheated coming down west side but able to get stopped and let them cool for 45 minutes. we made it using 4 low. do not recommend trying this but the truck performed amazingly.... wont buy another brand after this adventure. Sonora Pass is a 26% grade up and down btw

Justin was very helpful and responsive. He negotiated to his best ability and admitted fault when he miscommunicated recall laws in TX on used cars. The process was quick and I was out in 30 minutes.
2022 RAM 2500 review
Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.
