Laz immediately got to work, researched alternatives, and reported back with complete and honest information—no pressure, no sales tactics, just facts. When I came in to finalize everything, the process was smooth and thorough. I asked a lot of questions, and Laz took the time to answer each one without hesitation—even repeating details when needed to make sure I was comfortable. The time spent at the dealership was focused entirely on clarity, not upselling. I also appreciated that a non-negotiable add-on I requested was already installed on the vehicle before I even arrived. I was prepared to wait several days, but the vehicle was ready to go, which speaks to their attention to detail and respect for my time. The only minor issue I encountered relates to the vehicle itself, not the dealership—the standard LT trim does not include a built-in universal garage remote. That’s a manufacturer decision, not a reflection of the buying experience. Overall, this was one of the most straightforward and respectful car-buying experiences I’ve had.
