The sales and financial personnel were Knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. The showroom was clean and there was no pressure to take a vehicle that day. We were in the market for a new vehicle and felt since I have been a GMC/Chevy most of my life, lets go with an American made auto!

Our interactions with both Allen Tam and Kenny Tung have been fantastic and memorable. They were professional in their dealings , knowledgeable, prompt, and respectful of the new car buying experience for our 2021 Toyota Venza limited blueprint vehicle. will absolutely return for future purchases at this dealership especially because of the great bargain we received. We drove away with smiles on our faces knowing we are in good hands. Bravo to these individuals who are assets to their company.
2024 RAM 3500 review
I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

Lenz Truck - Fond du Lac, WI review
Had a great time today at lenz truck. Purchased a newer f350. Awesome truck. Emma Tober was my salesperson and she made the whole process so easy! I highly recommend her! Shawn is great with numbers and can get you on the road with financing that makes sense. I would go back for my next vehicle.
2021 RAM 3500 review
Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

2020 RAM 3500 review
This truck has more bells and whistles than any car I've ever owned. Love all the technology. Ram has knocked it out of the ball park with this truck. I can't wait to finally tow a fifth wheel with it next year.

Aaron, our salesman and Kim the online consultant were great. Jeff was a bit indifferent and unwilling to barter too much. Otherwise, I was happy with the overall experience.

Their vehicle descriptions are very detailed and they are Very communicative and responsive to questions.
2024 RAM 3500 review
I needed a 1 ton dually truck as I have a 34 foot Eliminator SS Continental and a 28 foot Eliminator SS race trailer, both are heavy as they are outfitted as mobile shops. We maxed the 28 out moving the shop and the truck pulled like a freight train. I have 17,000 miles on the odometer zero issues and a respectable return in fuel economy 13-14.5 considering how much in town driving we end up doing and how heavy the truck is so roughly what a 1/2 ton V8 gas truck gets. I bought the Big Horn CC 4X4 Dually with the Blackout Package body in white. The paint is good holds wax and shines nicely when clean. I got the 12" touchscreen and the Alpine 9 speaker system with the subwoofer and it is a worthy expense as it actually sounds better than the Harmon Kardon system in the wife's Durango RT Premium, she's jealous. I got 4:10:1 rear with the AISIN Transmission, I could have waited for the TorqueFlight and the additional 75 ft. Lbs of Torque with the 2025 model but I don't like experimenting with 1st year engines and Transmissions, I've had the experience. Plus we got a really great deal that with comparable options 2024 GM and Fords were more money. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one but I plan on retiring with this truck, it's a good one! The dealership and factory support are great, I've never had a problem getting anything done within reason and warranty items are no questions asked unless you chipped up your truck. These trucks don't need anymore than what they came with, @1,000 lbs. ft Torque. The post 2019 Cummins 6.7 requires synthetic oil but consider the fact that oil changes can extend two times or more of conventional oil and the benefits pay off. I would not hesitate to recommend this truck.

Dmitry was very friendly from the start and by that I mean not pushy which could be a turn off. He explained all the details of the car we were interested in. Very patient, he stayed with us the whole process of purchasing the vehicle. I really enjoyed working with him and would definately come back if ever I needed another vehicle. You're the best Dmitry. Thanks for everything.

John L. made sure we got the best deal and was very thorough. Professional and knowledgeable staff. We got a fair price for our trade in and John explored all options with us to meet our needs and preferences. I would definitely come back again for our next car. I went to the Chevy dealership out in ft Montgomery the day before the played games with me in front of my wife like I was approved for a car just to tell me some xx about 5 reference letters then my friend told me about Ron motors in Sussex county I called them up and they got me approved in minutes everything was easy we did everything on the phone I just had to come in a sign papers and pick up my ford edge. I recommend them all the way. The sales man Erfan made the impossible happen
